    B - F&F, ss milk
rest of the day tba as going to visit a friend for dinner
    S - grapes, satsuma, apple
E 1x10 mins done, more to follow..

    Reporting an STS this week.
Not really surprised, with it being the week after Easter (and I'm getting bored with sitting around the house!) but a bit disappointed given my active decorating. :(

b - nutella on 2 slices white bread (well thats a good start...:rotfl:)
l - cheese spread and salad wrap x 2, bag of crisps
    s - 2 x jaffa cakes
d - h/m cheeseburger (as much of the fat drained off as possible during cooking), salad, 3 x onion rings, ww garlic bread roll
    s - chocolate Shape yoghurt

e - more painting and decorating, reorganising living room too so humping furniture around!

I am determined to cut out the snacking this week! Will buy some fruit on Monday.

Ooh, speaking of Monday...I have another interview! This time it's for box office staff, they need some people in on a every-so-often basis. It's at my current place of work as well so I can do it in conjoinment with my current duties if I get it.
Need to dust off the interview clothes once more lol.

Hello (she says creeping back in!)

The week in Devon did just as much damage as I thought it would - lets just say there's a reason why fish'n'chips, pasties, scones, wine, more wine, cream - ice and clotted and fudge do not appear on most diet plans!!

    Therefore my challenge starts here!!

I am not declaring anything for this week - I just can't face writing it down - so I will weigh in next week after bing a little more careful!!

    Try living in Devon.... :eek::rotfl:
Meat and sauce for my enchiladas I'm making for dinner is cooking in the SC and it smells divine. Also I reckon without the cheese, it's probably not that calorific actually.

Oh, if only...mmm, what a great diet that would be :rotfl:

If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?

I think they refer to it as a junk food diet :rotfl:

Will post my weigh in tomorrow morning (forgot this morning) - I have more or less stuck to it this week and have spring cleaned myself to a standstill so any weight loss will be happily received.
    Fingers crossed.

I'm another naked, first thing in the morning after the loo weigher - I don't even have a shower before in case the water somehow stays with me even though I've dried off with a towel:rotfl:I also breathe out and curl my toes. It hasn't made any difference lately but one day I may just levitate off the scales through the effort of it all :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
