Ok, so my name is gaga and i have been MIA for months and months. Sorry :(

However, i have been occasionally lurking and sending you all positive (and very jealous) vibes. Just couldn't get back into the swing of things. But it's a new start and here we go again. Motivation has come in the form of a family wedding on the May bank holiday and a tummy that now hangs over my trousers like a builders :rotfl:

Need to lose 14lbs in total but realistically will be happy for 7lb before the wedding and 7lb before summer actually hits.

Dragon, i haven't caught up with when the challenge started/finishes so if you can't add me now that's fine.

    So day 1:

B: Skinny latte, banana and handful of grapes
    S: 2 oranges
L: Quorn ham and cheese sandwich, 1 pear
S: not sure yet, need to find something to replace the cake!!!
    D: Soup and toast
    S: Wotsits

Have walked to work and will walk back (45 mins in total) plus will make it to the gym at some point for a 30 min workout

    Onwards and upwards :A

Well there was no food throwing last night (in the garden or anywhere else) :)
I had one drink and ate about half the bag of crisps, and then stopped because I'd had enough...so I do have an OFF button, even if it still needs a bit of fine tuning :) Gave the rest to my skinny son when he came home.
I'm frustrated at myself because I'd been so good all weekend...I'm sick of being STS every week. Those crisps were the only thing I had all weekend which I shouldn't have, and my weight is up 2 lbs this morning :( I also watched a Secret eaters repeat last night... the most amazing part was when the film of the lady snacking was played back she couldn't remember eating them...really?

Oh me too, I am a cake addict, biscuits, you can keep.

I made my own recipe. 8oz sultanas (soaked in hot water for an hr)/1or 2 chopped apples. 2 eggs. 8oz oats and 7oz sr flour. Cinnamon. Mix all together, maybe add more water, depending how much you soaked sultannas in. (so it's consistency of cake mix) Tip in a loaf tin, bake at 16 degrees for an 1hr 15mins. Make sure you line tin with greaseproof, and brush that with small amount of oil. Otherwise the paper really sticks. the cake has no fat and no sugar. :)

Please can I join the new challenge?

I completely lost it on the last one but must get back in gear, was 14 6 this morning, have no summer work clothes that fit and am getting lots of pain in my legs which I think is due to the extra weight. Why is this not enough to get me eating less??

Dragon - please can you put me down for 14lbs?

    thanks

    Got you Cathy!

I am back and I AM A MARRIED LADY!

With a broken foot........yes, I broke my foot on the morning of my wedding!

Just off on honeymoon and will be back on the diet when I return. I may need to adjust my target in light of the foot situation - I am really immobile so won't be able to exercise at all :(

Hope everyone else is doing well!
