Not even going to ask you what you were doing :rotfl:
Hope it didn't affect your day too much. Enjoy your honeymoon, and think of us here dieting while you have a great time
Lol! It was the stupidest thing, I tripped over my pyjama trousers and twisted my foot! I did my whole wedding day on a broken foot and only went to A&E the following morning to find out it was broken!0 -

Ouch!!!
Obviously you were far too excited about your big day to sort your pyjamas out
So as well as being on honeymoon, you are now convalescing...I'm sorry dieters, but in my book that equals "eat anything you want"...you're injured, therefore you're entitled!
If you could live one day of your life over again, which day would you choose?0 -

 and :rotfl:.
Its amazing what a bit of adrenalin and a lot of champagne can see you through isn't it!
Hope you have a fab honeymoon.
Well, I have just done a very brisk hour long walk to burn off the Greggs vanilla slice that shouted at me through the window this morning - 350 cals apparently, well, 250 gone by the end of the walk according to MFP. So, its not the end of the world. I felt like I deserved a treat after working so hard on the spring cleaning and decorating, and I did give the dog a big lump of the custard bit (I don't love him enough to give him the icing bit!;))
Think I'll have a bit of a "breakfast" type thing for tea - sausages, egg, tomatoes and beans - no bread or hash browns though, not after the "cake incident".
For anyone that's interested, there's an offer on Groupon today for 10 day passes to LA fitness gyms for £19. Just £1.90 a go, that's good value - I won't rejoin the gym but quite fancy this, will have a think about it and then maybe take the plunge. Might keep me out of the cake shop.:o0 -

Want something to put you off chocolate?
http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/lifestyle/2012/03/bugging-out-chocolate-allergy-linked-to-roaches/
"an average of 8 insect parts found in a chocolate bar"...anything less than 60 parts per bar is considered safe"
Not just chocolate, other foods as well, and while I'm sure eating bugs is safe, the yuck factor might help if we're tempted

ahhhh I just wrote a really long post and lost it. Grrrr. I really need to sleep now so will redo it tomorrow.
Sorry!0 -
Whoops yesterday was horrid, had a thumping headache all day, so I had to use my emergency treat sized Flake! Still 75 cals is better than if I had bought a normal sized bar!
Still feeling the after effects of the headache this morning...
Breakfast- Alpen light cereal bar
Lunch- Morrisons crustless low fat mini quiche, yoghurt
Dinner- HM pizza using LO meatballs from the subs last night, easy on the cheese! Side salad, no dressing, and maybe a bit of low fat coleslaw that needs using up
Snacks (don't always eat these- they are just if I feel I need something else)- Sugar free jelly, apple, treat sized choc bar for the emergency chocolate bar pocket of my bag :P
Exercise- Going to the gym from half 6 til 8 this evening
Enjoy your honeymoon Mrs Daisiegg, wishing you a speedy recovery from your broken foot :eek:0 -
Sparrer and Ellie99, Thank you for my hugs. It's good to be back
Theatregirl, my fingers are crossed for you.
Daisiegg, sorry I laughed when I read your post. You poor thing. I think you are allowed to throw your diet down the garden while on honeymoon.
My mum mentioned that a reason I could be feeling so run down is because I'm not eating enough. Thinking about this, I've come to the conclusion that maybe my mum is right. The ns muesli bars and ns yoghurts I've been having should probably be just snacks. The muesli is 60cal and yoghurt 90cal. They always say that you should have breakfast like a king, or something like that.
So... I have spent a bit of time this morning researching porridge and this afternoon will pick up some bits to jazz it up. We used to have porridge a lot when I was younger and hopefully it will keep me energised through to lunch.0
