Thanks for the tip ellie99 I will try the weigh in naked:rotfl: will have to be early though as the scales are in the kitchen and the kids are early risers!
Have sts this week, I know not a great start but I have been in all week with the kids, confined to the house (dd has chicken pox). But back to work on monday so will be back in my routine then.'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Good morning. Am quite pleased to report a sts.
After a week off work with alcohol and the end of lent sweet treats its really not too bad. This weekend shouldn't be too bad (although I don't tend to 'diet' on a weekend) and I'm back to work on Monday.
I will aim to start posting my menus from next week.
Hope it was a good one for you all
Vix.- prior planning prevents poor performance!

I have a particular mark on my floor where I put my scales - took me a long time to find it but it gives the best reading so I position the scales there carefully every week
. I also weigh first thing, after the loo and in my birthday suit - any tricks I've missed please let me know!

Visions of you languishing in your bed with a lemsip and a book sandwich. Never thought of P McK as tasty but he's quite sweet :rotfl:
First WI of the new challenge and lost 1/2 a lb, not complaining as my downfall yesterday was banana cake which a friend and I had to try, then had another slice while watching television in the evening. I must not make cakes!
Today -
B - F&F, sk milk
D - Grilled sausage, bacon, tomato, dry-fried egg, slice Danish toast
T - Carrot & coriander soup, 2 crackerbread
S - Satsuma. grapes, apple, nana, maybe a sliver of banana cake with my afternoon cuppa
E - bellows not so good this morning, will aim to do a couple of 10 min sessions when they're behaving again
Have a good day0 -
STS this week. I really must try harder. Like sparrer - I must not make cakes!
At least my routine's back to normal after the holiday weekend, so might find it a bit easier now. I WILL post a loss next week

:rotfl: @ book sandwich.
You ladies do make me giggle.
Will be weighing tomorrow as stupidly busy here and have to go out in a minute as well! No rest for the wicked, I only hope its worth something on the scales tomorrow.
Catch up later.
ps: I shouldnt make cakes either.....!!0 -
Hello all I am not weighing in this week, was both our birthdays and Easter and family visit, so ate ok when eating meals, but cakes abound and a few glasses of wine ..... Ok bottles and so I KNOW it would be a miracle of being STS. In the interests of being blissful in my ignorance and its my birthday week my fingers are in my ears and the scales are banished to the cupboard.Start info Dec11

Hi Everyone
Just popping in to report an STS this week. I will be MIA for a couple of weeks as DH and I will be away on holiday.
Good luck everyone for the new challenge.0 -
Hello all
Quick post as I never got chance to post my mealplan.
b - brown toast with butter x 2
l - large sub roll with cheese and salad, bag of crisps
s - aero bar
d - 3 x southern fried chicken drumsticks, handful of oven chips
s - half of my galaxy easter egg
Sidenote: Did anyone watch that secret eaters on 4seven tonight? I was surprised by the woman on it with all her carbs and crisps....almost like looking at me in a mirror with some of it (although I am nowhere near as heavy as her).
Really inspired me to cut out the carbs though....she even had crumpets with tuna on them....bleurgh!! :eek:0 -
Morning all,
Never got a chance to come back on later, as spent an hour and a half in the gym, came home, showered, ate dinner (kfc...:o), dried my hair, then was knackered so went to bed early (well half 10). My rock 'n' roll Friday night!!!!
Good luck to everyone still left to weigh in. I was really pleased with my lb off, hope to be able to repeat my success next week!
I'm really, really sore and achey this morning from last nights efforts, but I'm hoping to walk into town in a bit and pop into Lidl's see what offers they have got.
Breakfast- Bowl of cereal and 1% milk
Lunch- Poached eggs on toast/chicken sandwich, depending on what I fancy!
Dinner- Beef Enchiladas, just a small portion for me, as I'm not kidding myself by thinking it's calorie free, but I've been craving it for ages, and it is low in carbs as it's only wraps. Oh will probably want his with chips though...0
