    afternoon all

had to go get tyre on my car fixed, had a slow leak and didnt realise till this morning (havent driven for nearly a week!) but all done and car is right as rain again.

popped to T's after car was fixed and picked up a few things, noticed they now do Wispa hot chocolate, and Aero bars with Biscuit in them (all three flavours, normal, orange and peppermint)!!
Didnt buy any though, I reserved myself for a pack of Malteasers and a free MaltEaster bunny...... :o

didnt get round to hooking up the Wii Fit as DM loaned me Downton Abbey Season 1 on DVD and now I'm hooked on it!! :rotfl:

    mealplan for today:
b- microwavable golden syrup porridge, half a hot cross bun with butter
l - beef (off the deli) sandwich, pack of crisps, handful or 2 of malteasers :o
d - chicken breast & h/m stuffing, runner beans, roast tatties, glass of wine
s - aero bar, another handful or 2 of malteasers :o

Also, Mrs The Dragon, will you put me down for 4lbs on the next challenge please?

Had to have some comfort food today because I had a cyst removed from my finger this morning and it 'urt! So had to have a fresh cream slice with my cuppa when I got home which helped a little bit ;)

B - spicy fruity porridge, sk milk
S - fresh cream slice
L - chicken & mayo sandwich with 2 slices Danish, 1/2 nana in WW wrap
D - veg chilli with jacket and rf cheese
    S - satsuma, grapes, melon
E - hall, stairs, landing paintwork, banisters, doors washed, glass cleaned, stair carpet damp-cleaned.

OG I did manage to see friends after all as some of the kind male neighbours had salted/sanded the roads leading to the main road :)

Dragon could you put me down for 6lbs for the new challenge please, ta. Thank you so much for keeping us in order, don't know how you do it!

What lovely neighbours you have Sparrer.

Foot of snow here today. :( Which meant there was no way I could have gone for my run. Well if I hadn't been so lazy this morning I could have gone before school. I knew the snow was coming later in the day.

    b. rs breakfast biscuits
    l. veg soup and ns yoghurt
    d. ready brek! lol very balanced.
    s. carrot and cashew nuts while cooking, 2 oaty biscuits from colleague at work, raisins and a tiny bit of tomorrows lunch as it wouldn't fit in the tupperware.

They are emma, I've been here 10 years and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I look occasionally but only very half-heartedly ;)

I have failed abysmally for this challenge and probably am about the same as when I started:( I have been more-or-less bed bound since January but am beginning to pick up now although my muscles are very wobbly. However I have an admission to hospital in May and need to be feeling stronger to cope with that.

I need to focus on eating better and more regularly and to eat hot food as I just tend to snack. Herein lies the problem.

Please put me down for 14lbs Dragon - thank you for keeping us all in order. I will WI on Saturday but am not hopeful as that bloomin' witch is hovering too x
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
