I think I'd better just give up - I am so disheartened. I have tried hard this week but just seem to be getting no where
Not sure if I should sign up for the next challenge - I'm not doing the group figures much good!

Put me down too Mrs The Dwagon! I'll let you know how much I want to aim for when the current challenge is over. :cool:I hope you are feeling better today Theatregirl and congratulations on your newly found bread making skills.
Thank you. Feeling a little bit out of it still but should be able to manage work tonight. Was SO glad I got cover yesterday as we had so much rain and wind here, I would have gotten soaked to the skin I think!
Lovely feeling that after today I wont have to work until the 19th April :T Thats due to no shows going on, we arent a traditional theatre - at least in the sense that we don't have a summer "dark" period, unlike my old venue which went "dark" for five weeks straight at the end of every July.
I'm planning on getting out the Wii Fit for the 2.5 weeks that I'm off , hopefully can fit in a 20-30 minute sesh every 2 days. Havent used it for yonks so hope I can remember how to set it up lol. Might need a bit of a reminder from folks on here tho! :rotfl:
ok mealplan:
late snack last night - 4 mini chocs + handful of grapes
b- remaining three slices h/m bread with butter. 2 golden syrup scotch pancakes (warmed in toaster) eaten plain.
l - stirfry portion + 1 plain tortilla. indiv. snickers bar.
d - chicken burrito after work tonight.0 -
I have put on 2lb, no chance of me hitting target now. Am very disappointed with self, had good talking to self last week, but obviously not listening.
This week I have been housebound as ds has chicken pox, I find it so much easier to eat healthier when I am at work
Feel like I have let the group down, but would really like to join the next challange?
I don't think you have let the group down at all, I don't think anyone has, we're all just doing the best we can.
Hey, you've contributed 9 lbs so far (and I hate to mention that's more than me )
And I often don't listen to myself either!
ETA - Just seen the new challenge list...you're on it, so no backing out now :rotfl:
and sezzagirl - get your name on the list too :):)

Thanks Ellie99' I just have sooo much to loose! You have done pretty good though and met your target, i'm going to try much harder, with summer (not yet) in sight I really want to enjoy it more this year.'You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose' - Dr Suess

Remember I met my target because I set it low (too many birthdays in January!)
It's the thought of summer that's keeping me going...I already have the nice clothes, I just need to make them fit again
So having said that, I always seem to have a blip at the weekend..and todays blip is going to be making chocolate cakes I want to make easter cakes for some friends I'm meeting next weekend, and I hardly ever bake, so need to do a trial run first (and a taste test, obviously)...is that acceptable on a diet ?
