Hi everyone. Thought I would post my menu as other people are (I am vegetarian in case anyone is wondering where the meat is).
B - porridge with mixed dried fruit
L - wholemeal pitta, cottage cheese ,tomatoes and cucumber
D - vegetable chilli with quinoa. LF greek yoghurt with pureed mixed berries
    S' s - 2 clementines, 1 small apple, 4 brazil nuts. Pack of doritos.
It was a healthy day until I scoffed the doritoes.:( Never mind. I did enjoy them though.

    175 cals :) A treat is good sometimes :)

    Hi Rossy,

I take it that it was the cream egg that was 175 calories ????

Are cream eggs your biggest downfall because if they aren't, why not keep your 175 calories for something you really enjoy eating ?? Like white chocolate toblerone and we could have half each :D

That's interesting.. I was looking up the Internet to see how many calories were in white toblerone and I found this site.. It might be handy for others here.. or it might be common knowledge...

    Cheers :)

Part of the Furniture 1,000 Posts Combo Breaker I've been Money Tipped!
Stuck to my menu today but exercise went a bit OTT now I'm paying for it. Going a bit stir crazy being stuck in the house so I cleaned the kitchen, cupboards inside, outside and tops, even behind the cooker. Took me five goes to pull it out, now it's still in the middle of the kitchen til morning cos I've needed to use the neb twice this evening :(.

The silver lining is I feel like I've burned off at least my breakfast, if not tea as well! ;)

    Hi Rossy,

Sometimes, it is to my advantage that I am mostly housebound.. so it means that I am hardly out to shops and other places where I could be tempted...:A Basically, it means that if I don't have it in the house, I can't eat it... which is just as well, 'cause I don't like biscuits, but given the right circumstances, I could munch my way through a packet with the best of them... :o

Hi Sparrer, it was coincidence that your post mentioned being stuck in the house just before I posted a reply to Rossy.. What's 'neb'?
