If you're asking about my financial situation, I don't have much to go around,that's correct. Sometimes it can be helpful to weight loss.. I wish I could afford things like steaks or restaurant meals but I simply can't0 -
Very productive day today
B - porridge with skimmed milk, syrup
L - feta cheese salad with low fat dressing, small bread roll
T - homemade pizza made from a Warburton square wrap, butternut squash chips and salad
S - Special K bar, snack a jacks
Fri treat (to come) 2 bacardi & diet cokes, few cubes of dairymilk
2.6 miles run today (8.6 miles run over the week) so feel I deserve a treat!:T
Did loads of ironing ready for Monday, went food shopping and had another big tidy up!

For those who dont like water, have you tried sparkling water? I always hated sparkling water and someone gave me a glass 18mths ago. I really enjoyed it and now drink a lot of it. I buy the Aldi 4 for 99p. It's lovely with a fresh lemon slice or fresh lemon juice squeezed in it.:)Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0

D - 3 servings of chicken and dumplings
Still came in at 507 calories below "target" but I burned 506 walking today! Was so tired this afternoon that I had to take a nap at about 3:30. I was falling asleep while typing.0
