    I've been Money Tipped!
Thanks for the replies ... WelshWoofer I am starting the Couch Potato to 5k with the nhs and they do 3 a week ... I will also be building up to a 10k at the end of it so I am hoping to do the Race for Life in June / July time (fingers crossed!)

Thanks Sparrer ... I thought it might be cinnamon (does it last in the fridge a week?) I have no problems freezing but the fridge would be easier (I have started bulk cooking)

I have added most people to my fitness pal ... I am SarahWaddy (Maddy is my daughters name).

    Sarah

That's exactly what I did last year. I've always been a treadmill runner and going outside sacred me so I downloaded the NHS podcasts last March and away I went. Did Race for Life in June with some work friends and ran 5k in 31 minutes!

My partner runs so he spurs me on. We've even run on holiday in Lanzarote and Turkey - that is a great feeling.

Let us know how you get on with it

    Hi MW
it keeps 3/4 days in the fridge, I've not left it any longer but when I get to the last one I take the other 3 out of the freezer and put them in the fridge. You can get 6oz cooked porridge into a philly tub which takes less space but you'd have to transfer it into a cereal bowl to eat or there'd be no room for the splash of sk milk :D
