Hi Dragon & All,
Can I join you in the latest challenge. I've been AWOL since last Easter when I seemed to lose heart in the weight loss game. The thought of my 40th Birthday last June should have given me incentive to stick with it, but somehow it didn't.
I now find myself in clothes that are 2 sizes bigger and the weight loss challenge even greater.
Glad I found you again before the start of the challenge on the 5th, so can you put me down to aim for 21lbs in the 12 weeks.
Happy New Year to you all and Good Luck with the challenges in 2013.
Welcome jovi20, and good luck to you too!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

The Dr changed my meds just before Christmas and between them and my love of mince pies ive gained a stone over Christmas time which needs to come off before the Dr can put me back on the right medicines that help me. Im a Mum of 3 and a SAHM at the moment

Hello all, I'd like to join in now that the festive (read that as drinking) season is over. I've just weighed myself and come in as 11stone 10 pounds. First aim is to lose 1 stone this quarter: this will probably be didficult but I think doable.
My main tools will be myfitness pal on my phone to diary my food and getting back into my gym routine. Good luck to everyone, will subscribe to the thread to keep my motivation :0)First home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!0 -

Kittenkirst and anyone else who uses myfitnesspal - if you don't mind me asking, what is your screen name on myfitnesspal? I'm on there and could use an active friend to help keep me motivated (if I see your feed, I'll be more likely to keep up with things on mine).0
