:o slinking back after joining the last challenge, but now a good 10KG+ heavier than when I started that :(

I am 88.4KG today, I could weep (I am not converting it to lbs/stones becasue I will weep). tracked my food yesterday which is a good start I guess.

could I please aim for 12lb in 12 weeks please?

and yes I am hoping for more, but if I could just stick to it that willl be a start.

    happy new year!

I make my white sauce without fat. I warm the milk in saucepan and in a cup mix cornflour with some more milk( sorry don't know quantities just trial and error). Once the milk is hot I add the cornflour milk and stir until thick. Works just the same with powered milk made up- very moneysaving.

I make cheese sauce this way. 1 level tablespoon cornflower ,1 rounded tablespoon skim milk powder, 1/4 pin milk. Add 1 1/2 oz cheese, pinch of mustard powder (or your choice of flavours). This makes enough for 1person. I like it over a selection of veg.
    Sorry, I meant water.

    Hi can I join too??
I would like to aim for 28lb in 12 weeks if possible, I lost 1.5 stone last year with SW. But this year I refuse to pay £5 per weeek for someone to tell me how much I weigh:p
So I' hoping to put the £5 a week away so I'll save some £'s as well as lose some lbs.:money:
Do we weigh in on Fridays?

Good morning, and please can I join.
At the moment I dont know how much I need to lose. I am planning on weighing myself on Sunday.

I always cook from scratch but along with others, the portion sizes have been out of control. For me, my main problem is my very sweet tooth. I need good alternatives for that!:)

Are you wanting to join in the 12 week challenge as well northwest1965? If so can you let me know how much you want to lose in that time :D

    Good morning all....

Dragon - please can I join in again? I fell off the wagon during the last challenge in the run up to Christmas and I even gained weight :(

But it is three months until my wedding and I MUST NOT BE A FAT BRIDE

Can you put me down for 12 lbs in the first instance. In reality I need to lose a lot more than that but I will try to be realistic!

Lovely to 'see' you all again and happy new year xxxxx

Got you and lovely to see you as well!

    Hi Dragon & All,

Can I join you in the latest challenge. I've been AWOL since last Easter when I seemed to lose heart in the weight loss game. The thought of my 40th Birthday last June should have given me incentive to stick with it, but somehow it didn't.
I now find myself in clothes that are 2 sizes bigger and the weight loss challenge even greater.
Glad I found you again before the start of the challenge on the 5th, so can you put me down to aim for 21lbs in the 12 weeks.

Happy New Year to you all and Good Luck with the challenges in 2013.

The Dr changed my meds just before Christmas and between them and my love of mince pies ive gained a stone over Christmas time which needs to come off before the Dr can put me back on the right medicines that help me. Im a Mum of 3 and a SAHM at the moment
Mad Mum to 3 wonderful children, 2 foster kittens and 2 big fat cats that never made it to a new home!
Aiming to loose 56 pounds this year. Total to date 44.5 pounds 12.5 to go. Slimming World Rocks!

    Hi everyone,

Good to see lots of newcomers/returners joining in :D

DH is back at work today and apart for the cheese mountain we are back to 'normal' food in the fridge/freezer.

Today I have been fairly good so far:

B - 4 mini croissants (well I did say fairly....)
L - pumpkin and chilli soup
D - will probably be hm shepherds pie, with green veggies

No alcohol today - first time in about two weeks :o so back on track.
