  • Ragz I'm going to weigh in today if that's ok - I won't have time tomorrow!
Stepped on the scales 2lbs lighter :T thought I'd go get my glasses because I wanted to see it in HD. When I Came back, suddenly it was an STS. Decided to shower and come back again, suddenly it was a 2lb gain! I'm going to call it an STS and split the difference.:(

Thanks for all your wonderful help on the last challenge - I hope you're sticking around with all your helpful advice!

    Morning all!

I had the best part of a 12 hour workout in the end yesterday, thats for sure. After buses and trains to work which took about a hour, I had to walk back and forth to various places, but the crowning glory was the stairs!! There are three flights alone in order to get to the staff area! Thats not including the ones in the auditorium (I work for a theatre) that I have to climb - up and down multiple times!
Also walked to Sainsbobs to get a drink (I kind of needed it) and stuck rigidly to the lunch I had taken with me, and didnt eat anything extra! :T

So today - going out with the mother again as we're booking our Xmas holiday for December with the travel agents :D

b: (already eaten) cheese on toast
l: not sure yet - we may be getting fresh bread & eggs while we're out, so it will either be a sandwich or an omelette :)
    d: chicken, mashed potato, sweetcorn

    happy thursday! x

Well done WW on size 10 - I am aiming to fit comfortably into a 12 - I am border 12/ 14 depending on the fit at the moment.

My scale I ordered still hasnt arrived so as I was going to T's to stock up my healthy snacks I weighed again on the machine. its 50p but I like my little print outs :D I have actually STS which is not too bad considering my holiday last week but not good enough in my goal scheme of things. I do think I was a bit ambitious with the goal though. I think my 1lb a week is more likely which is what I have set for the new challenge.

B - oats and ss milk
L - wrap, thin ham, lettuce, tomatoe and dollop light mayo, banana
S - pork chop, sweet potatoe and peas

snacks - babybel light, grapes, 2 x cup of tea

    Good morning,

Woke up all bunged up with cold and sore throat so must be vigilant okay as this is a state that facilitates the ingestion of sweet carby comfort foods, somehow when feeling coldy salad does not cut it!

    Today food:

B: Fried egg, mushrooms, homoeopathic dose of baked beans (carb indulgence while feeling unwell)
L: veg soup, smoked salmon with cream cheese
    S: yogurt with nuts
D: stir fry veg with tofu, berries with cream
Before bed: soya hot chocolate (sweetened with Splenda)

I hate using artificial sweeteners but am finding that a quarter teaspoon Splenda in cacao makes it more palatable and stops me from hitting on the cheese at night, so for the time being I consider it a lesser evil.

    Have a good day all.
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

Hello again. I've been awol for a couple of weeks as we've been on holiday. I was very good while we were away and only had apfelstrudel once!
I'm going to weigh myself on Friday if that's ok Dragon, and start again on Saturday. I'm aiming for 7lbs again. I know I haven't reached my original target, but at least it's not going up, and the challenge is making me think more about what I do eat. Thanks for all the hints and encouragement.

Well done WelshWoofer on reaching size 10. I think I was in my teens the last time I was that size!!!!

Thanks Dragon for taking over the challenge, and also thanks to ragz for running it so well. Hope the studies go well. I haven't been here for very long, but I have been made welcome, and I thank you all for that.

*drool* apdelstrudel (goes into trance ... shakes herself!) welcome to the new challenge MrsCD!
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D

Sounds like your Mum has a lot of time on her hands, lol
I don't go that far, but I can never get them to stay uncreased when I hang them again. There's a knack, and I just don't have it

I have managed to stay off the scales all week, really hoping that WI tomorrow will give me a result, just one pound off in this challenge would be nice!

    Today's food - odd...

    Dry roasted peanuts (lots)
    20g 81% dark chocolate
    Greek yogurt with raspberries.

Dinner will be LO chili with salad and cheese and maybe half a jacket potato.
