Thank you Ragz for all your hard work in the past x

Thanks Dragon for volunteering :D At least now I can say - 'no sorry cant have that cream cake or I will have to report it to the Dragon' lol

I am going to aim for a 1pound a week which will bring me to my goal of 1lb below 10 st. So 12lbs for me please.

I have not been recording my eating as it is still a bit hit and miss. Have ordered a scale with my Amazon vouchers which should arrive today.

    B - oats ss milk
    L - chicken noodle soup
S - chicken and veg stew type thing (all sorts) in slow cooker

need to get back into habit of water drinking and have filled my bottle. I dont have any snacks with me so hopefully will resist the canteen however I noticed (for the first time yesterday) they do actually have fruit as well! (Right next to the crisps lol)

    Happy Hump day everyone.

mwahahahaha! *cough* sorry - the power is already going to my head

Thanks everyone :o - I have really enjoyed running the challenges for the last year, it's been great fun and definitely helped keep me on track (though it may not show!). Although I will be focusing on my studies now I will still try to get on here every day.

Huge thanks to The Dragon and good luck to us all for the next challenge!

I will aim for 7lbs please. One day I will actually manage to reach my target (even half of it would be a result!).

I will post the final results of this challenge on Friday, The Dragon will be running the new challenge from then so we'll all be on a shiny new list :D

I also pass on my thanks and I just hope I can do as good a job!

  • Well done Dragon for stepping up and taking the helm, can you put me down for 7lbs please (that would be the 5 I’ve struggled to shift any of all summer and 2 that I seem to have acquired whilst on my hols)

I have gotten out of the habit of menu planning and exercising – putting it down to post-holiday blues – really must give myself a shake and get motivated. So far today it’s been yoghurt and fruit so off to rummage and make an inventory of the freezer stocks and plan a menu.

Haven't yet got the enthusiasm to dust of the exercise dvd's but today will be a mega housework day and a 3 mile walk to the garage to pick up my car. At least the skies seem to be brightening so should hopefully make it without getting drenched.

  • Today should be a bit different as the day of my work transfer has finally come, so I will be heading off in a bit to go there. :)

    b: cheese on toast
l: none, I'll be working through lunchtime lol
d: (about 5pm after the first half of my split shift)
cheese + ham sandwich, sunbites cheese&chive crisps, 2 leftover mini chocolate parcels that I made last night and a handful of starburst chewy sweets.
    t: (about 11pm when I get home)
    weightwatchers chicken and lemon risotto.

exercise for me today will me on and off buses x 2, on and off trains x 4, up and down stairs at work, and probably other things I am not aware of yet. Also its about a 5-10 mins brisk walk from station to work each way so I should burn something for sure today!

Thank you very much Dragon! so, to recap, I am down for 5 Kg (11 lbs) and my baseline weight this morning is 80.7 Kg.

Looking forward to breaking the 80 Kg barrier again after my holiday excesses, but even more to welcome the New Year at 75 Kg if I put my heart into it!

    Food today:

B: Scrambled egg and smoked salmon, tea, vitamins
    S: H/M yogurt with nuts
    L: Cheese salad
    S: Nuts
D: cream of vegetable soup, vege burger, cooked greens
E: missed Zumba because busy with housework so will try to walk to Tube if weather permits.

    Good luck all x
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

Got you WelshWoofer (and you can understand why I added the )

Of course you can join in! Basically pick how much weight you would like to lose over the next 12 weeks and let me know and then every Friday you say how much you have lost (or not in my case :o) and at the end of Friday I will post a list of the challenge members showing how we are all doing!

You are such a star! Thank you :)

I am going to aim high and aim for 14 lbs in the next 12 weeks...so a stone. I have been losing much more quickly than a lb a week so far but I know that is likely to slow down!

So we weigh in on Fridays? Ok! I can do this! Thanks for having me :)

  • Do you mind if I join in? Dragon could you put me down for 14lbs? Thanks! :j

I have to stop using OS as an excuse for stuffing my face with left overs and pastry/cakes, and plan my meals a bit better with smaller portions! :EasterBun
