Yesterday wasn't too bad. Hopefully today will be ok too, I would really like to finish the challenge at least ONE pound lighter than I started! :o

Daisyegg - you need to post your target for the next challenge in RED BOLD so that the person making the list can see it. I don't know whether the new challenge will run from this friday or allow a week off and run from next, but it will start soon. Possibly until Christmas? So I'd guess that'd be about 12 weeks so set your target accordingly.

    Next Challenge
I did ask a few weeks ago but got no interest (though a few months ago a few people wanted to do it) - if anyone wants to take over the challenge, or take turns to do it, can you let me know soon as this challenge ends at the end of the week and I won't be doing it any more as my course is just starting :).
Once you have made the list it is just a matter of reposting it weekly with the updates. I just don't have time to keep up with the thread every day as I need to be reading coursebooks not forums!

I will still enter the challenge and WI weekly though...

So - volunteers please step forward lol

Morning all and an early welcome to our new

    B - F&F sk milk
D - frying steak, onions, mushrooms, tomato, stock cube, with small jacket
T - Ainsleys cup of mulligatawny soup, 2 crackerbread with vegemite/rf cheese & pickle
S - nana, kiwi, satsuma, apple
E - cleaned all the kitchen cupboards including tops, white goods, doors, window frames, light fittings. It smells lovely now but the kitchen doesn't know what hit it!
Can you lose weight getting stressed?! Holiday co I booked 5 nights B&B in Barcelona for next month now disputes and says I booked RO - I didn't and wouldn't choose RO so I now have a real fight on my hands with the stroppy female who doesn't want to lose her commission. Worse, I've paid in full and she wants a further £30 a night for 2 people/breakfast!!!. Emails flying back and forth, next step is her HO, then threaten with ABTA/current consumer programme. And breathe......

I've just been out in the cold, dark and wind to feed DS's cats. It seems ages away when I was going out for long balmy summer evening walks, not just a few weeks!

B: 2 boiled eggs mashed with salt, pepper and butter.
L: Half a grilled aubergine topped with cheese and garlic and served with HG lettuce leaves, HG tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, mixed seeds and sweet red pepper and balsamic dressing. HM chocolate mousse.
D: Smoked haddock with HG spinach and HG green beans in a cheesey creme fraiche sauce. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.
    Snack: 20g of dark chocolate

Exercise: 1 hour of Pilates. About 3 miles of walking.

PS Thanks for taking over the challenge list Dragon

    Hi All-

Dragon, when do you want us to give you our targets? I'd like 12lbs please (but I'll post it again at a more convenient time if you need me to!)

I'm running my cupboards down atm so:
    B: toast and LF jam
    L: Ham salad sandwich
D: pork and apple sausages with potato and courgette pancakes, mushrooms and baked beans followed by a chocolate mousse

I was thinking today how much healthier my diet is compared with about 6 years ago, how much less I snack and how much more I exercise. Unfairly I weigh 1st more, and it won't shift! Oh well... Perils of getting old(er) I guess!

I'd like 5lbs please. I'm almost where I want to be now so a big target is unrealistic for me. The challenge will be maintaining it.........

    Thanks Dragon for volunteering!:T

Of course you can join in! Basically pick how much weight you would like to lose over the next 12 weeks and let me know and then every Friday you say how much you have lost (or not in my case :o) and at the end of Friday I will post a list of the challenge members showing how we are all doing!
