Morning ladies! Today is the day that the weather is supposed to start improving - fingers crossed.
Had a good sleep last night and have woken up raring to go. If the rain holds off I'm going to take the dog to the water park for a good walk first thing (I usually wait until about 8am so there are a few other people around just to be on the safe side). Today is also swimming day so will pop off to the pool this morning before the skiddie winks turn up;)
I must get myself organised with regards to the holiday today too so will decide what I'm taking, get it washed and ironed if necessary and get a case out of the attic. Must also write a list of things to buy/do later in the week too - sunscreen, toothpaste, dog food for his holiday in sunny Wales etc.
Not sure about food yet - I picked up some more fruit yesterday so don't really have many excuses for being naughty.
Will pop back later with an update.0 -

I managed week 4 run 2 of Couch to 5K but never again will I do it in the summer with jogging bottms on I was roasting!!!
I have discovered that my old scales that are a little difficult to see what the weight is as its just marks every 2 lbs between the Stone numbers and the fact that I cant see too clearly anyway but they are also varied by leaning back and forwards so unaccurate I cant believe. I guess its time for some digital read out ones anyone seen a bargain anywhere for some.
Under calories yesterday due to run and I am not aching as much as I thought I would be today which is good as I am going to a introduction to Pilates class tonight and the next 3 wednesdays.

Hello all
I had a lovely day yesterday, deliberately not healthy as it was my "life begins at" birthday.Had lovely lunch out with some fab friends and family and mum made me a scrummy birthday cake.
Awoke this morning feeling tired a little down, probs because back to work today, nightshifts start again tonight, so hoping for a STS on Friday's weigh in. If only you could buy motivation in a tin.:rotfl:
Plan for today:
B: all bran and fruit
L: l/o hm beef stirfry with a few noodleshm lasagne and salad
S: may succumb to a small piece of l/o b'day cake later.
Porridge and fruit for work later and a nature valley bar.
Ex: unmotivated today so 2 x dog walks (75mins) and housework, may try a 30 min dvd later
I'm off to bed now with my book for an easy afternoon and a little nap (hopefully)
Will catch up with everyone tomorrow.

Happy big birthday for yesterday Daisy!!
I'm having one of those "fancy something nice" hormonal days - been walking and swimming so I felt no guilt at mooching around tescos looking for that special something that would make me feel better. Eventually settled on a small pot of toffee custard at a whopping 150 cals:rotfl:
Living life in the fast lane as always:) (I did go mad and get two 10 cal jellys too - be still my beating heart!)0 -
Report on the lasagne using leek 'leaves' instead of pasta sheets - it was much tastier, lighter and definitely good enough to serve it to visitors
B - F&F sk milk
L -Bacon sandwich, it forced its way down my throat
D - Another portion of lasagne made as above. Apple
S - nectarine, pear, plum, orange
E - Increased exercise times/weights at gym, routine now 60 mins. Will feel it later!
Enjoy the afternoons Olympics viewing0
