Afternoon all - its hot and humid today - phew! Not a good day to be locked in a meeting room - at least it was an early finish.

Food so far has been ok ish ...
Breakfast - 2 cereal bars (was starving) (200 cals)
Lunch - pitta bread (145 cals), spinach (20 cals), quorn ham (40 cals), satsuma (25 cals), yogurt coated raspberries (120 cals). grapes (100 cals)
    650 cals so far

Tea will probably be a jacket spud and beans (after swimming)

Exercise - dogwalking and swimming and maybe 10 mins of abs 10 min dvd

ETA - 50 lengths done - wanted to give up after 30 but got my second wind and made it. This better be making a difference!

    Evening All

We've had really dramatic thunderstorms all afternoon, the patio and garden were under water and the power was off. I was supposed to be going swimming with a friend but she got delayed so we didn't get there.

B: HG gooseberries with Greek yoghurt
L: Garlic prawn omelette. Tinned pears in pear juice.
D: Chicken thigh, creamed spinach and beetroot leaf thinnings with mushroom, garlic and red onion, and roasted pepper. Last of the HM chocolate mousse

Exercise: 1 hour Pilates. 6.5 miles of walking in total today.

Here is what I have eaten today

    Breakfast ~ Cereals
Lunch ~ shallow fried left over rice with bacon cut up, onion, egg and left over veg ~ sounds awful but was really nice. Raspberries and ice cream
Snack ~ twister ice lolly thing
Snack 2 ~ Woops ~ a shop bought home-made ice cream ~ wow but I dread to think of the damage it has done. There is no way I'm going to have lost weight tomorrow. But it was so hot when I picked up DS from school and he was having one.....
Dinner ~ BBQ grilled lamb processed stuff with potatoes and broad beans in parsley sauce.

Exercise - shred level 1. Bit annoying as my band width wasn't good enough and I had to do some of the exercises way too long to be possible

    Good morning all.

Well there is no easy way to do this so I'll get it over with quickly. I have put on another pound. Looking at my meal record this really shouldn't have come as a surprise. My food intake was worse before I started posting it up here...t
    I put on 1 lb so :mad::mad::mad: WI -1lb :mad::mad::mad:

Good luck to everyone else. Hope you've done better than me...

Snap sock knitter! I am the same weight as you!

My weigh in this morning - 1lb off! :j
V happy with this as the past week hasn't been particularly angelic. Thats why I've not posted as much on here, my diet is a bit all over the place at the moment. Using up existing odds and sods in the cupboards and freezer.

10 more weigh ins before my hollibobs! Eeeek! Though I'm not too focused on the numbers on the scale at the moment. I can really see changes in my physique - legs are getting a lot more toned, arms more defined - so that is spurring me on rather than my yo-yoing WI results. I do still want to get down to at least 11stone though so that is my target.

    Todays plans:
b- Pear Ykos yoghurt (has anyone tried these? They are amazing!), 2 bananas
d- leftover beef stew with peas
s- another Ykos yoghurt with another banana
t- not sure yet. At spinning tonight so something quick and easy - probably stick a pizza in the oven :o

    Morning all :)

I weighed in this morning and have gained 3lb! Food has been generally good though, so think it's probably down to baby weight at last. I was getting a bit worried that I'm 20 weeks and hadn't gained anything! I'm still not back to the weight I was when I was first pg though, and my face looks a lot thinner, so I suspect I've lost more of my fat than the scales show.

3lb in a week seems like a lot though, hope it slows down :rotfl:

    Today:
    Breakfast: granola bar
Lunch: retirement do for a colleague, will have to pick healthiest bits from buffet
Dinner: whatever inspires me in the freezer! I'm packing the remaining contents into the coolbox so I can defrost it overnight and will do a proper stock up shop on Saturday. got some broad beans to use up, so may do a pancetta pea and bean risotto.
    snacks: rocky bar
    Little monkey born November 2012:j
    Froglet due March 2016 :D
