    Evening all :)

Bit of a random day for food, not enough planning in the morning, and then went to cinema and out for dinner with DH (just like our first date :smileyhea)

BReakfast: 1 slice toast w/ butter
Snack: half a sausage roll (not enough breakfast before heading into town! :o), bottle of sprite
Lunch: fishfinger sandwich, cream doughnut  (no excuse, just really fancied it when I was buying my sausage roll)
Snack: sherbert pips (at the cinema)
Dinner: 2 slices pizza and a bowl of salad (Pizza hut)
    Little monkey born November 2012:j
    Froglet due March 2016 :D

    Morning, All

I'm finding it difficult to make good choices when I'm out socialising. Good thing I go back to my normal Billy-No-Mates lifestyle tomorrow :rotfl:

Yesterday's lunch was a HUGE portion of fish and chips (beautifully cooked, but hardly "good"), then I came home and had a bag of Minstrels and a whisky/coke while I watched a film. Didn't have dinner, but I really did overeat on the rubbish.

    So, today...

    Brekkie - Hot X Bun

Lunch - don't know, brother & GF are making me lunch after a walk this morning. I'm taking a Tarte au Citron for dessert (no cream..."forgot it" :rotfl:)

Dinner - depends on lunch. Maybe nothing. BUT I won't be eating chocolate or drinking later

Exercise - walk approx 4-5 miles this morning

    Happy Saturday everyone. Enjoy!

    LB xx

    Morning All,

I didn't get chance to post yesterday as I spent the morning at the hairdressers and was at work from 5 and didn't finish till late.

    Meals yesterday
    B: Poached egg on toast
L: Chicken thigh (with skin removed), peas, roast peppers, jacket potato and butter.
T: Tomato soup with home baked petit pain. Banana
Snack: HM scone with butter, banana

    Exercise - none

Today we are going to a wedding followed by an engagement party this evening so no idea what I shall be eating. I am having a wardrobe crisis as the outfit I'd planned feels far too summery for today's weather and would look a bit over the top for the party this evening. I shall have to have a rethink and fashion parade for DH as soon as he is up.

    Morning all :hello:

As I want to have afew Easter treats my plan is to do as much exercise as I can to 'balance things out'

Yesterday me and my OH did some heavy duty gardening for 90mins (moving rocks to make hardcore for a shed base!) so that earnt me some calories on MFP which is a good job as we went to N*ndos last night!! I was good though as I had the single chicken breast pitta (no chesse) and a green side salad- so I celebrated being good and had a creme egg when i got home :rotfl:

I have done 30mins swimming today and plan to do 30mins tomorrow morning.

Looks like housework today as I dont fancy gardening in the rain!

Morning all, I’m feeling very restless today which is a bit of a danger sign cause I usually end up hitting the shops and spending money that I don’t really have; or doing some baking which at the moment is a definite No No :naughty: cause I don’t have any freezer space left to hide it and would end up eating it :lipsrseal. The weather’s a bit miserable so can’t get into the garden to work off this feeling. So armed with the hoover, feather duster, stardrops, sponges & cloths I’ve decided to attack the spare bedroom which is in dire need of de-cluttering, a jolly good clean and finally (only 3months late) find a proper home for the boxed up Christmas decorations.

Also decided on a Greek themed menu to add a bit of sunshine to my day :):):-
B – Fruit & Yoghurt with runny honey
L – Greek salad, tzatziki, pitta bread
D – Moussaka, shredded cabbage & carrot salad

    Aug - Grocery spends = £42.19

Hi Ragz, I didn't weigh in as I'm abroad atm and have no scales, but I'd like to put myself down for 16 lbs!

I am doing terribly. I brought out a bad of kitkat yesterday but I luckily I put it back. But I still ended buying a small chocolate cake yesterday.

Also, I haven't done any exercise this week. I think it's probably just dissertation/final year exams but once I get the dissertation out of the way this weekend, I should hopefully be back on track.

Yesterday was my first day so starting weight is 10 st 10. I also took my measurements as from what someone said in the last challenge, sorry forgot who, weight loss sometimes shows as a change in shape.

    Waist 34
    Hips 39
    Thighs 21
    Calf 14 all in inches.

B: chocolate shake found at the back of a cupboard so will use that up.
L: Light choices Salmon and cucumber sandwich whoopsied to 10p
T: Cold roast pork with asian salad.
S: Activia yoghurt, 1/2 cheese and coleslaw sandwich and 2 cans of lager( well its Friday right?)

E: 60 mins of bodypump + 30 mins of cx worx ( one's weight training the other is core strengthening).

So pleased I don't have any scales with me, but on the other hand wish I did because they do help me keep to a sensible menu. I won't list my holiday food today cos you'd all , suffice to say I've discovered white chocolate and coconut ice cream :o. On the plus(?) side there are no hot cross buns here :(

Ragz if it's painfully bad next Friday I might have to increase my goal by a few lb, I want to aim for 8st 13lb and I was 9st 7lb before I came to Rome. Hope that won't be messing you about too much.

Have a very Happy Easter everyone :)
