No exercise today but I'm hoping to go jogging tomorrow morning.

    B - beans on toast
L -roast chicken, couscous and broccoli
    D - leftovers

My meals might be a little repetitive over the next couple of weeks until I get my loan.

Still in holiday mode til Tuesday, but have done a lot (for me) of walking today. Being Easter Day everything here is closed so we've spent very little, just lunch and dinner. Suffice to say the standard of food is still excellent, a bit too much so! However tomorrow is our last day :( so we'll be doing some last minute shopping which of course means more exercise - walking and trying on clothes ;)

Right, officially back on track from today. I WILL lose the 2lb I put on! I am also hoping to go jogging this morning, depending on how co-operative DH and the kids are about that.

How do those of you with little ones fit in exercise?

Yes, it must be really difficult - I've found it hard enough with just introducing the new cat to the household, but the demands of children must make it VERY hard. Sorry, no advice available from this neck of the woods...

Yesterday, my exercise was simply running after cats :rotfl:and chinwagging with neighbours (good exercise for the face :rotfl:)

    Today's plan -

    Breakfast/Brunch - poached egg/beans on toast

Dinner - Roast chicken (basically Sunday lunch again)

Treats - I still have some wine and chocolate to finish, so I'll probably treat myself while watching a film this afternoon, and then will start again being good tomorrow when I'm back at work...where did my 10 days of freedom go...so quickly....:(

    Have a good day everyone!

    Morning everyone,

Well I’m continuing with my de-cluttering again today, I had a very successful sort through of a suitcase of clothes which have been packed away for years. My wearable wardrobe has now increased by 2 pairs of trousers, 1 skirt and 1 pair of shorts – ok the trousers are still a bit tight on the waist but they are washed and ironed ready to be worn in a couple of weeks, hopefully!!

I also found a pair of jeans (501’s – anybody remember them, lol) only managed to fasten 3 buttons couldn’t quite get the top two done, but I’m determined to be wearing them by the end of this challenge. Unfortunately 2 skirts, 2 pairs of shorts and 1 pair of trousers had to go back in the suitcase – couldn’t get the waist anywhere near closed – can’t believe how much I have let myself go, aaah the good old days when I was a fit and healthy 9st.

So with renewed enthusiasm, I’ve been planning my weekly menu and today having:-
B – Lentil & sweet potato pate, crackers, cucumber
    L – Banana Sandwich, Pear
D – Pasta, roasted veg & hm tomato sauce
    Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
    July - Grocery spends = £119.54
    Aug - Grocery spends = £42.19

I am not doing well myself... think I will start fresh on Monday!

I didn't do at all well this past week and didn't even bother to weigh myself on Good Friday, a touch of self sabotage, too many buns and knowing it was Easter weekend coming. Seems I was looking for any excuse to indulge.

Still onwards and upwards, the Creme Eggs and half an Easter Bunny are now gone and I'll join you all again tomorrow on the Summer challenge. I'll weigh myself in the morning to get my starting weight, my breakfast for tomorrow of yoghurt and muesli and the Greek salad for lunch are already prepared. :T

If you could please put me down for 6lbs for the 'Summer Challenge'. It's my Autumn now so will be an extra challenge to stay on the wagon into the winter months.

Thanks to you all for the motivation these past few months and and especially to Ragz for all your hard work.

Hope everyone had a nice Easter. Easter bunny brought me a green and black's 70% egg of which a third is now gone. Pouring with rain yesterday so no exercise.

    B: egg benedict very nice
L: nothing too close to brekky
T: R venison with onion gravy, carrot batons, potato dauphinoise, asparagus with LO hollandaise sauce and a Y pud.
S: banana, handful of kettle crisps and 2 glasses of red wine.

It seems so much easier just eating smaller portions of the same meals the rest of the family are having I cant believe I never thought of doing it this way before.

    Morning everyone,

I remember 501's- all the cool kids had them lol!!! (cool dude smiley!!)

I have a suitcase full of clothes lurking under my spare bed but im too scared to get it out as I KNOW nothing in there will fit!! :(
Maybe I will brave getting it out at the end of this challenge!!

I was going to go swimming this morning but woke up late and I wanted to go early to avoid the rush/dive bombing kids :rotfl:
I usually go on a Sunday morning and a Tuesday night- I went Saturday morning and will go tomorrow night so not missed out any session just feel I should of done more with a four day weekend!

I ate 1/2 and Easter Egg shell lastnight and will probably eat the other half tonight as waste is not very MSE :rotfl:

Back at work tomorrow so will start properly then

    Afternoon all :)
not been on for a few days, busy visiting family etc!

Yesterday was my newest niece's baptism, and also struggled a lot with morning sickness, so food was a bit random:
Breakfast: 3 chipolatas in a roll
    Snack: 2 rich teas
Lunch: buffet at the party - houmous and carrot sticks, 3 bits garlic bread, small handful crisps, 2 mini onion bahjees, 3 chicken goujons, 1 spring roll and 1 prawn in filo pastry (I did say it was a bit random!) No cake as MS reared it's ugly head :o
    Snack: rich tea
Dinner: grilled beefburger, white roll, 1oz cheddar
Snack: little bit of easter egg

No fruit all day, and only a handful of carrot sticks on the veg side, really not good!

    Today:
Breakfast: cooked breakfast (holiday treat for DH, he's been going on about them for ages) - 3 chipolatas, 2 rashers bacon, 2 hash browns, tattie scone and a white roll. All grilled/toasted.
Lunch: 1 toasted hot cross bun, 2 satsumas, 1 bag butterkist light (only 130 calories and felt like a big portion)
Snack: undecided, will need to eat something before we go out though.
Dinner: out to DH's dads, probably a roast.

Tomorrow we're off to London, taking DH's mum to the theatre. Lunch and dinner will be out, so probably not great, but will be doing a lot of walking so hope to offset it a bit! Probably won't get online, so hope you all enjoy the rest of the BH and have a good Tuesday!
