I would like to join the summer challenge please. I am aiming for 10 lbs again. My first weigh in will be on Friday 20th, so I can have a little 'nibble' at an Easter egg, and not put myself under too much pressure
Thanks Ragz for all your hard work keeping the weightloss chart up to date. I know for sure that I would not have lost any weight at all if left to my own devices!! So, heres looking forward to the Summer ChallengeSummer weightloss challenge
Aim to lose 10lbs:)0 -
I'm in again, please, Ragz.
I think 10lbs sounds like a nice round number, and is achievable despite the odd (lots of)slip up, as I've achieved that this time round, and will get me to where I want to be.
many thanks!

Hi ragz, I'd like to join the Summer Challenge and aim for 7lbs again.
I have a lot more than that to lose, but I'd rather aim low as I struggled so much last time.
Thanks for all your hard work![FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

I'd like to sign up for the summer challenged please and my target is 14lbs.0 -
Oh can I join please?!!
I want to lose 13lbs on this summer challenge (1lb per week)
Im trying to catch up on reading this past Easter challenge but have only got upto page 27 so far!!
However due to reading those 27 pages I have already lost 4lbs and have started going swimming on a regular basis plus recording my calories on MFP.
Although i have already started I think I will post Good Fridays weigh in as my 'starting' weight if this is okay?
Thanks everyone for your posts they are really encouraging/motivating!!
Right back to page 27 so I can catch up lol!!! :rotfl:O/S weight loss 2.5 /10lbs (11st 8.0- 08.02)0 -
Am down for 8lb for the next session but may have to increase it as I'm forced to eat all this terrible
food for the next week Have a feeling I'm going to come home looking like a big Italian Mama:eek: . But so far so good, depending on which way you look at it, I love pasta made the 'right' way.
Hope all's well with everybody, S0 -
Morning All,
It's a strange time to be posting but I can't sleep for some reason and so have got up to have a potter and a milky drink before I go back to bed. I didn't get any exercise yesterday as it was really busy and also terrible weather so I am wondering if that is why I'm so wide awake.
B: 2 hard boiled eggs.
L: 2 ryvitas with garlic and herb cream cheese and cherry tomatoes.Small fish and some of DH's chips. (Not the healthy balanced meal I'd planned as DS asked me to come into work with it being so busy and I finished a lot later than planned). Greek yoghurt with fruits of the forest.
Snack: 1/2 HM scone with butter - I had another dozen to make for my friend's coffee morning so ended up sampling the wares!
Exercise: None

I'm in. I'd like to lose 8lb by July 13.
I've just lost 8lb over lent! by giving up chocolate, sweets and crisps(or other packet snacks similar). I will only be having those on special occassions in future. I didn't ralise before how much of my diet these filled and they aren't even "real" food.:(
I'm definately eating old style now. Three meals a day with fruit or veg snack if needed. My diet doesn't really look like a diet.

Morning, All
Beautiful day here this morning. That horrible cold wind has lightened, and we have blue skies and sunshine, so I think a wee walk on the beach is the order of the morning
Trouble with the pusses this morning. New Boy has become openly agressive towards Old- Boy and Kitten - chasing them - so I've separated them and intend to keep them separate for quite a while now, before trying to re-introduce them. Trouble is that New Boy is not used to other cats at all. Ironically, he's much more relaxed with me this morning. I strongly suspect he'd be a lot happier in a household with no other cats, which is what he's used to. Ah well, will keep plugging away, and see how I get on. If only he'd relax...he'd have a lovely life
Today's menu -
Brekkie - HM muesli
Lunch - not sure - am out for lunch with a friend, so will see what's available
Dinner - have salad to use up (as didn't use it yesterday as planned)
Exercise - walk on the beach
Treat - depends what I have for lunch :rotfl:
Have a lovely day everyone.

Morning all, a bright sunny morning here, hope the worst of the weather has managed to pass you by. Checked my measurements yesterday and thought this is promising, but waist/hip ratio still too high and in the “danger zone”; I’ve never really had a well-defined waist, always had a boyish straight up and down body, but will definitely be targeting this area in my exercise routine and aim to get it down to 70 at least.
Measurements
January – (04/04/12)
Bust – 103cms (99cms)
Waist – 88cms (80cms)
Hips – 94cms (93cms)
Thigh – 49cms (47cms)
Calf – 34cms (34cms)
Upper Arm – 27cms (25cms)
Although I am trying for as many NSD’s as possible this month I need to go and top up on fruit and veg so a trip to @ldi then on to the chinese supermarket as I’m getting low on spices too. Today’s menu =
B – Last of the fresh pineapple mixed with orange segments, yoghurt
L – Greek Salad
D – Roast Chicken, mashed swede, roasted parsnip, green beans.
Have a good day.Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £42.190
