Morning all!
Dundeedoll: hi and welcome. :hello:
After a grim few weeks, where my eating and exercise levels have slipped badly, I'm going to try my utmost to get back on track this week.
Today:
B: bran flakes with semi-skimmed and a spoon of trail mix. 2x coffee.
L: rye bread with marmite and HM jam (seperate slices :rotfl:)roast meat (not sure what yet), veg, roast potatoes and HM Eton Mess.
S: fruit, a few nuts.
Exercise: at least 10,000 steps plus lots of housework and laundry.
Have a lovely Sunday all.[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

Morning all
Not really thinking too much of food at all today as have a very poorly mutt (again) so will be taking him to the v*e*t tomorrow. He's not eaten for days and is losing too much weight. However I'm plodding on, so -
B - spicy, fruity porridge (and to think I detested porridge til I came on this forum!)
D - Bacon chop, dry fried egg, small jacket. Will try to tempt muttley with a bit of bacon, he usually loves it.
T - 3 crackerbread spread w/lf Greek yogurt, 1xvegemite, 1xmarmalade, 1xplain
Snacks - banana, grapes, apple, plums, melon
Exercise - 20 mins pulm then gardening
Have a super day, wishing you sunshine whatever the weather0 -

Started yesterday (but will now change to Fridays) at 12:4 fruit and veg at SM yesterday larger than previous week so better make sure i eat it :-)
B: cereal (posh muesli, no added sugar, needs using rather than saving for special occassion!)
L: egg on toast with saladsomething and rice
Snacks: 2 apples, 1 piece toast with marmitrMrsSD declutter medals 2023 🏅🏅🏅⭐⭐ 2025

Sorry about your doggy, Sparrer, hope mutt gets better soon xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Evening All
It's been a lovely day here, sunny and warm. I had a stroll through our village earlier and it was full of people sitting around eating icecreams and generally enjoying themselves. I had an afternoon enjoying myself in the kitchen, cooking a roast dinner and making lemon curd whilst DH was making cheese.
B: Banana
L: Prawn salad wrap. Raspberries with Greek yoghurt.Roast chicken with HM stuffing, Yorkshire puddings, peas, carrots and mashed swede. (Everyone else had roast potatoes but I didn't and DS and DDiL then had pancakes for pudding.) 3 small tangerines.
Exercise: Short walk into the village to try and buy a card for Mother's Day that says Mothering Sunday as that's what my Mum likes. I couldn't find one so ended up making my own.
