12 st 12.48 lbs :j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:):):):):):):):):):):):)Must use my stash up!0 -
Slept in this morning, so will have to weigh in tomorrow. I did step on the scales quickly, but it wasn't optimal weighing conditions - post shower, semi-filled bladder. I was an STS but will confirm tomorrow.
It's probably not going to be a prime weigh in day tomorrow either, I have been to a last min 4 course charity dinner through work, with most of a bottle of wine. I did leave a fair amount on the plate though. We shall see.
A semi-healthy weekend ahead. Will eat well during the day, but will be partaking in a burns supper tomorrow eve0 -

Well done! You didn't say of you wanted to join the challenge or not?Must use my stash up!0 -
1lb this week. I'm happy with that. I had bigger losses 1st 2 weeks but I know it's not realistic for that to carry on.Grocery challenge: dec 294/280, January 250/250, February 168/200:T march 258/2600

Some good steady losses coming through (and we are up to 22.33% of our target for this challenge
, I hope we get a few more to get us to the 25% mark though! oh and I was a STS ... sorry!)

A definite STS for me this week. I've done well for the last 2 weeks and it's about time for my weight loss to slow down. This week has not been optimal, but it's not possible to be perfect every week
I said earlier that I had a last min charity dinner, a black tie event, so I was very pleased that 2 dresses I found uncomfortably tight just 3 weeks ago were feeling comfortable again. However my only black tie dress was about an inch too small on the chest, so I had to wear a slightly less fancy one. It will be nice to see that dress fitting again!0
