Looks like we're all doing well, even we sts's aren't quite letting the side down. Next week I'll try harder for a loss though to give the figures a boost.

B - last spoonful of muesli on F&F with chopped prunes and sk milk
L - slice of hm wm with light spread and Vegemite
D - haggis, neeps and tatties
S - satsuma, melon, banana and pineapple fruit salad
E - cleaned the car upholstery. Wasn't dirty but even so it looks fresher now.

Happy Burns Night, have a good rest of the day :)

sts. Again. I'm not really despondent though because it's so much better than a gain. I'll keep on keeping on and hopefully one week it will be a loss.

How much do you need to lose in total Pollybear? could it be that you are now in maintenance mode?

I'd like to lose another half a stone altogether. That still won't make me "normal" but almost there. With the flab that will never go (without an operation) I think if I lose too much the rest of me will become gaunt. I was 2lb lighter than I am now before Christmas so I know I can go a little lower. I have lost 11 1/2 stone in total (over 3 years) and gone from size 32 to 14/16 (depending on shop) so if this is it then that's fine. I just don't know if this is the best I can do. My youngest DD is getting married in May so I'd like to lose that half stone so I've got something to play with over that period.

L: 2 tiger cobs, ham, cheese & pickle, bag of crisps

T: Not sure yet as we going out on the town tonight so maybe pizza out the freezer or beans on toast etc

Im wondering what to drink tonight, i do like beer esp san miguel but beer is :eek::eek: for calories! So think maybe barcardi with diet cola or white wine spritzers i wan to enjoy tonight but dont want a dreaded hangover tomorrow
