Hiya, all!! Its sunny and cloudy here....not sure what its doing up there...
B- porridge, grated apple and seeds.
L- sweet potato and ginger frittata.
T- sweet and sour pork, brown rice. pear and strawberry crumble.
S- (maybe a banana, or pkt of crisps if Im hungry).
exercise- 1hr dog walking.
Im finding it really hard to get motivated to exercise properly TBH.:( Ive got plenty of exercise DVDs but I never seem all that motivated to put them on. Also worrying about what I will weigh at the end of the month. I did great my first month but then really fat people usually lose loads at first...
Still, must persevere!!:D0 -
Sorry for being quiet lately. I have totally fallen off the wagon and it's all because of this stupid foot!
Not being able to exercise is making me quite down, and when I'm down, I want to eat. So I've eaten loads of haribo this week and some chocolate too and I feel crap for it.
I know if I could just get back to the gym it would give me the motivation I need but I don't think i'll be able to for a couple of weeks otherwise my foot will never heal.
Hope everyone else is having a better week. xxx0 -
Ello!!! glad to see everyone doing well with there plans for the day
I on the otherhand feel like a complete failure!!!! good all day till about 3:30pm at work and i have 1 sneaky choc from the rosies tin which then turned into 10.....but no i couldnt just stop there!! I went to my mums to pick up the kids and i end up having not 1 but 3 slices of birthday cake.
Feel completley ashamed of myself and needless to say im feeling very sad now at the thought of gaining or STS

Hi all.
(hugs) to those who don't feel they're doing so well. I know the feeling, it is so hard to keep at it day after day.
Lauzt, I hope your foot feels better soon.
My plans for the day have gone awry, too. I ended up having fast food for lunch, it was that or go hungry. My 'lower cal' option was around 800 cals. I crowned that by having three pieces of fudge when I got home, then I didn't have time to go for my walk.
Now I'm trying hard to avoid my usual ''I've blown it, may as well give up'' mentality. Breaking that habit would be a great achievement.[FONT="][FONT="] Fighting the biggest battle of my life.Started 30th January 2018.

Hello all,
I've been following the thread but never seem to have time to post. Things are quite hectic at home and work. Everything has ground to a rather blissful halt as we begin our half term holidays. I'll still be working just around the beach/park trips and bike rides. I've scheduled a lazy day today as my children are exhausted and need to switch off for a few hours
Reporting in with a loss of 1 1/2lb
Quite pleased with that :T hope everyone is having a great week.CC1 £5999 Total Debt March 2021 £5999

A disappointing STS for me.
This is the point I find really disheartening, I've kept to my calorie count all week, I went over by 100 calories one day but I'd walked for 2 hours that day. This is now two weeks of STS, last week had been TOTM so wasn't a surprise but in the last two weeks I've dropped over 9000 calories in total and lost nothing.
I need to force myself to keep going with thisPiglet

Keep plodding on my friends x
Im not declaring again but am still on a down wards trajectory so hopefully I will have a loss next week - must admit to feeling a bit dejected but at least it is going in the right direction:eek:
Good luck xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
You and me both, Piglet. I also have a STS to declare...I haven't had any exercise for 2 weekends now due to feeling poorly, and that clearly has an impact. But so does eating just that little bit more than I need toand I know I've been doing that now and again.
Hoping to get out for a long walk on Sunday, and I'll be very annoyed with myself if I allow myself to sink into my normal weekend mentality of "I deserve a treat"...why does my treat have to be food or alcohol?
...because I like it....is the answer
Help!
Good luck to everyone else for the WIs.
