No work today, the only day this week as I always do more at half term. I spent the afternoon cooking ready for a family get together at the weekend as I won't have much time tomorrow or Friday. DGD and DS also came for tea and I had DGD for a couple of hours before DS came back to put her to bed.

B: Mueslis with extra sultanas and skimmed milk
    L: Poached egg on toast.
D: HM pancake stuffed with spinach, mushrooms and garlic and topped with cheese. 2 chocolate cornflake/muesli/sultana cakes.
    Snack: 4 squares of chocolate

    Exercise: 1.5 miles walking.

    Morning all.

Rose, enjoy your familly get together, it sounds fun.

    Today:
B: porridge with raisins, coffee and ss
L: hummus sandwiches, banana and apple
D: HM low fat Moussaka, curly kale

    Exercise:
    30 mins aerobics DVD
    1 hour walk

I'm expecting it to be another long day at work, but luckily I had a batch cooked moussaka in the freezer, so have taken that out. OH or one of the teens can pop it in the oven if I'm late home.

Have a great day everyone. :)

    Morning all :)

I'm really feeling the cooking mojo at the moment, we've had a whole week of meals planned in advance, and no blank staring in the fridge/freezer when I get in from work! :rotfl: Making one of DH's favourite teas tonight, the satay chicken skewers and noodle salad from Jamie's 30 minute meals. Am adapting it a bit to use up the LO roast chicken from Sunday, so will be chicken noodle salad with satay sauce rather than having actual skewers. Can't wait though, it's so lush :D

    Meals:
    Breakfast: activia yoghurt, grapes
Lunch: ham and laughing cow light sandwich, apple, satsumas
Dinner: LO roast chicken, noodle salad and satay sauce
Snack: mini pack of biscuits (had mini cadbury animals last night, yum! think it might be mini chocolate fingers tonight :D)

Well my lovely weight loss of earlier in the week has been replaced with an increased bust size and a lot of bloating! Not looking good for WI tomorrow but I know that the 3+lb aren't real... I will try not to let it get to me!

Smokybabe- sorry you've been poorly, never a good way to lose weight!

Sounds nice, I love satay so I might give that a go at the weekend. I only ever made one recipe from that book and decided it was all too rushed and hard to follow.

Breakie: Usual muesli & yoghurt combo.

Lunch: 95g Tuna and 100g leftover basmati rice, mixed up with chopped cucumber, pepper and tomatoes.

Dinner: Sausage, Chips and Beans (had heaps of calories to spare so I had some proper food and still within allowed calories) :rotfl:
Snacks: A plum, some dried apricots and small handful almonds.

No exercise to speak of today.

I fell off the wagon. I havent weighed in for a few weeks now as I know I've put on weight. Had a few tough weeks and turned to food as usual. But Im back on it and ready to be slim, im not going to be fat throughout my 20's. I turn 26 on April 16th and to be a few stone lighter would be wonderful. Right, off to sort out todays healthy meals....
