Morning all
I'm really feeling the cooking mojo at the moment, we've had a whole week of meals planned in advance, and no blank staring in the fridge/freezer when I get in from work! :rotfl: Making one of DH's favourite teas tonight, the satay chicken skewers and noodle salad from Jamie's 30 minute meals. Am adapting it a bit to use up the LO roast chicken from Sunday, so will be chicken noodle salad with satay sauce rather than having actual skewers. Can't wait though, it's so lush
Meals:
Breakfast: activia yoghurt, grapes
Lunch: ham and laughing cow light sandwich, apple, satsumas
Dinner: LO roast chicken, noodle salad and satay sauce
Snack: mini pack of biscuits (had mini cadbury animals last night, yum! think it might be mini chocolate fingers tonight)

Well my lovely weight loss of earlier in the week has been replaced with an increased bust size and a lot of bloating! Not looking good for WI tomorrow but I know that the 3+lb aren't real... I will try not to let it get to me!

Sounds nice, I love satay so I might give that a go at the weekend. I only ever made one recipe from that book and decided it was all too rushed and hard to follow.
Breakie: Usual muesli & yoghurt combo.
Lunch: 95g Tuna and 100g leftover basmati rice, mixed up with chopped cucumber, pepper and tomatoes.
Dinner: Sausage, Chips and Beans (had heaps of calories to spare so I had some proper food and still within allowed calories) :rotfl:
Snacks: A plum, some dried apricots and small handful almonds.
No exercise to speak of today.Mortgage

But Im back on it and ready to be slim, im not going to be fat throughout my 20's. I turn 26 on April 16th and to be a few stone lighter would be wonderful.
