Lost 1 lb this week.
I've got into a bit of a routine...a pound comes off Thursday or Friday, a couple go on over the weekend, then I try hard Monday to Friday to lose them all again...it may be slow but at least it's going in the right direction
Ellie I do EXACTLY the same lol! End up putting on 2-3 then weigh on Monday, then by the end of the week I've lost 3-4. Makes me a bit annoyed with myself because I think that potentially if I didn't put it on at the weekend then I would be losing so much, but also that's not realistic as I wouldn't be able to spoil myself so wouldn't stick to it :rotfl: like you say, right direction

I've been really good this week, and only went over my calorie goal on Tuesday (and then only by 70 cals), so I'm pleased to report a loss of 2lbs! True it only takes me back to where I was 3 weeks ago, but at least it's come off again.
This morning I tried on my 'test' jeans and although they're still too tight to wear, I just managed to do them up!

Upsy downy week for me as I received a blood transfusion and that always makes me gain a couple of pounds. So I will not declare again until next week - I have already lost one so hope to have lost some more by next week end xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.

Pleased to report I've lost 2lb this week, very unexpected since I've done no exercise

B - F&F, 1/2 chopped nana, ff yogurt
D -tuna steak, cabbage, broccoli, gravy. Stewed apple with ff yogurt
T - hm wm bread 1/2 slice with rf cheese, 1/2 with apricot jam
S - melon, clementine, couple of dates
E - mowed the lawn, cleared a ton of leaves. Why do they only fall in my garden and not next door's?!

hello, Can i join again please. My healthy eating ran away. I wont be able to weigh myself due to being in a wheelchair, but i just want to go a whole day without chocolate.
i can be good all day but by the evening thats when i start to munch.
i'm also bored with my dinners so need to look at some recipes xComping for christmas xThankyou to all posters
