I had a slight change of plan last night - I was too hungry to wait for a batch of bread dough to prove to make pies, so I wrapped the savoury mince up in a couple of wholemeal wraps instead. It probably added 100 or so calories, but that's not disastrous (I hope).
Today is:
B - wholemeal wrap with 2 tsp of cashew nut butter and a sliced banana
L - small portion of savoury mince with another wholemeal wrap (I'm trying to empty out the freezer so want to eat them all rather than freezing some as I usually would); mango yoghurt; two fresh figs
D - large fishcake with mushy peas and a portion of chard with tomatoes
[A] - happy Eid to you!Back after a very long break!0 -
B; cereal chopped banan skimmed milk
L:soup and crackers with low fat cottage cheese, apple
Dinner :dunno as its quiz night at the pub and we get a nosh there
At £2.00 its my treat of the week along with a soda and lime and ice to drink.0 -

L: Tinned tuna, 4 crackerbreads with lf philly.left over roast beef (given to me by a neighbour) spiced red cabbage, 1 new potato and gravy
S: Grapes
E: Pegging out the washing and then cutting back some shrubs in the garden
Have a good day everyone0 -
B - spicy, fruity porridge with apple and ff Greek yogurt
D - small jacket with chilli mince
T - 3 crackerbread spread with Greek yogurt, vegemite, rf cheese&pickle, marmalade
S - melon, orange, carrot
E - lounge/bathroom/hsl/kitchen floor - by hand! Broken mop still not replaced
Enjoy the rest of the day0 -

So yesterday I ended up adding a glass of wine, a hot chocolate and a small portion of pasta with my meatloaf
so today needs to be very good to make up for it! Rubbish because I am so hungry and miserable, I just want to eat and eat and eat.
B - banana porridge, tea
L - 2 rice cakes, tea
D - will be vegetable soup
I know that is not very much at all and I would not do that day after day, but I feel if I am to lose anything this week I need to balance out yesterday's excesses.0 -
Hi Folks,
It’s turned out a beautiful autumnal day here after a chilly wet start, the only thing I hate about this time of year is the dopey, sugar craving wasps – dealt with three this morning already – sorry guys…if I’m cutting out sugar then so are they!!
I do feel so much better when the sun’s out, so I got going and finished off washing down the lounge ceiling/walls.…. :j yay..go me!!
Just had my lunch and the tuna flan turned out very moreish so I’ve had way too much pastry over the past two days – the other half if it is now safely ensconced in the freezer.
Meal plan today =
B – Yoghurt & mixed berries
L – Tuna & sweetcorn flan, tomato & beetroot
D – Meatballs in onion gravy, mashed swede, brussel sproutsJan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
July - Grocery spends = £119.54
Aug - Grocery spends = £20.630 -
Hello x
Another day of hardly any food and have I lost weight? Have I heck:mad:I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
OH had an appointment at the hospital today, and we decided to have mcd before heading home, not good, lol!
However we did have a single cheeseburger, small fries and medium milkshake, instead of double CB, large fries & large MS.
On the way home, the escalator on the underground was very busy so, at my suggestion, we decided to walk up the stairs...big mistake, lol, as it was a lot steeper & further up than I thought & by the time we got to the top I was almost dying, it certainly got my heart rate up, lol, & took a few minutes to get my breath back!Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Morning chums, last nights pub quiz meal was a jacket spud and beans and grated cheese.Very nice it was as well.Tuesday nights are my fun nights as I meet with lots of my friends and we have a great laugh at the quiz.We go more for the social enjoyment than actual wanting to win anything and at £2.00 for the quiz and a quid for a drink its a cheap night out
:)
But I am always back on the diet the next morning
By the way we came third:)
So this morning its
B: cereal,banana
L: soup and crackersleft over cooked cabbage dry fried with a squirt of low cal oil and diced onion and diced up left over spud and a poached egg on top.Probably not all that low calorie but it uses up some left overs
:)
E: if the sun comes out I shall have a walk around to the country park and a wander along the Saxon Way by the river. Its a good mile and a bit walk but as it can be a bit windy down there I shall have to make sure I'm wrapped up well.Might take a small bag and see if I can find any blackberries for my freezer
Cheers chums, onwards and upwards0
