Really pleased, my sister has just texted me to say that she wants to slim down before Christmas so can she come over once a week and do my Just Dance with me. That's really good because it will keep me motivated too, especially if we do get to do it once a week - plus its such a laugh if you do it with someone (laughter = calories burned hehe)

I've also found that if I am going to play on it for any length of time then I HAVE to take my dog out for a walk before otherwise he thinks I am playing and jumps all over the place - hilarious but also very difficult to concentrate on the moves! So tonight I am taking him for a half hour walk and then doing an hour dance - about 400 calories :D

Veggie chilli being made in bulk tonight (offer in Mr T's for quorn mince) so that tonight it will be with rice, then bung some in the freezer for the rest of the week. Also have three different soups in the freezer now so its pot luck each morning :D

No food for me today as I feel like i have been kicked in the tummy with a baseball bat. Goodness only what has happened - it is not a bug so is probably my medicines playing me up.

Some great losses and STSs and commiserations to those that gained xx
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

Ok.. I'm putting my hands in the air and admitting that I'm going to take a two-day break :o it's the first one since I started eating healthily and exercising three weeks ago. We celebrate Eid tomorrow so I'll only feel down if I'm too strict on myself - plus I was at a party today. I didn't get a chance to eat right till the very end when I was exhausted (managing 56 children!) - three slices of pizza and a glass of Pepsi Max. I didn't even enjoy it much - I think I'm really enjoying eating healthily :D even chocolate isn't too appealing. I had three small ones but they were a disappointment. I usually crave it during 'lady times' but not today :o

Breakfast: half a bowl of porridge
Lunch: grilled kebab (from freezer) with bread
Dinner: three slices of pizza with a glass of Pepsi Max.
Snacks: banana, three small celebrations chocs

Day off work today, and OH has today and tomorrow off as annual leave, so not a lot got done, but we did have a walk into town to sort out his bank account, instead of going in the car, which took about 20 minutes to get there and another 25 minutes coming back (it's uphill coming back, lol!), and did a bit of walking while we were in town. It felt great to be able to walk and talk at the same time, a few months ago I couldn't have managed both without being breathless, lol!

B Mr A's malted wheats with semi skimmed milk
L 2 granary rolls with ham
D half a cheese & onion pizza with 2 cheese and onion potato skins
S Mr T's value choc chip and strawberry wheat bar
