Hello every one, after fighting with the CSA for the past year of getting my money back I. they lied and said my name was on a birth certificate so they had to take money from my work for a kid I knew nothing about . so I started to sign on jobseekers. know they came back at my jobseekers and started taken money from that too I asked where was the money going? they said had no idear. I asked have you no account information where this money has gone they said they do not no and i should not be paying because I was nil assessed.
Then they started lying about my name was on a birth certificate so I contacted the birth cirtifcate place they said my name is not on any birth cirtificate I sent them a copy and wrote to csa complaints and the chief executive with in 2 weeks a received all my money back.
Then I asked them to take my name of there systems and let it go. 2 weeks later they sent me a form asking me if I am the farther of a 11 year old child I knew nothing about. I know of the women I dated her, more then 12 years ago and now they asking me to fill in forms.
should I just ignore the forms? fill them in? and they will arrange a DNA test to see if I am indeed this kids dad. what do you think I should do I mean I have no moral obligation. I know it sounds bad but at the end of the day I have been in the same place for 20 years.
not hiding from no one or anything so to come and tell me now i have a kid from 11 years ago is a shock and a let down.
further more i am well aware of the CSA taking to much money and leaving you with nothing. I can well see why people don't want to pay CSA because the money they ask for is way to much. never the less if the child is of my DNA I am stuffed.
A) do I fill in the forms? tell them the kid is not mine
ignore them?
at the moment they are not taking nothing from my jobseekers so i am planning going back to work.

if indeed you are sure your not a dad then you must insist on a dna test, if it turns out you are a dad then your gonna have to pay im afraid
and maybe buy some condoms??No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30 -
The woman has obviously named you as the father of the child in question. You can deny paternity, but as you are not on the birth certificate, you will be required to undertake a DNA test to prove whether or not you are indeed the father. If you are proved to be the father, you will have to pay the costs of the test and the liability will be backdated to the date that they sent you the form (legitimately). You cannot ignore them as it is a criminal offence to refuse to provide information required from them or to knowingly provide false information. AT this stage all you are asked to do is to acknowledge whether you accept paternity - you have only the cost of the DNA test to lose if you are the father as if you are not, you do not have to pay (or at least you get a refund if you have to pay in advance, which I'm not sure about).0

Whilst the CSA will try to get the ANRP to pay up front, under these circumstances (on JSA), they will probably agree to pay and then recover later, if necessary.Information is not knowledge.

Just do what my ex son in law did and ignore it all, he has 2 kids with my daughter and has not nor does not pay a penny towards them, dont know he has done it but he used to boast that he just threw the letters in the bin. The dept is in such turmoil they probably wouldnt bother anymore, typicAL OF THIS GOVERNMENT.0

Perhaps you mean that they've been getting more efficient lately, which many of us would consider a good thing.0 -
Oh so if your a new case they will be nasty but if you have waited years for a penny and never received a thing, you don't matter?!?!
I have phoned them twice a week since June 2006, They told me last week that I will not be getting anything because the ex is not traceable.
I'd be too curious not to want to know if the child was mine or not. If you turn out to be the father the kid will have children of his/her own children by the time the C.S.A have sorted your case out. I would not worry if I were you!!I'm not a "SINGLE" mum, I'm a "DOUBLE" mum!:D0 -
They are not going to go away. you need to fill in the forms, have a dna test and prove it one way or the other:j Baby bonce was born on Christmas morning after a ridiculously short labour and no pain relief! If only losing the baby weight was as easy!:T0

Send a letter back stating you want a DNA test doing and until you have proof you are not paying.Barclaycard 3800

You need to complete the forms and tell the truth, then take it from there.
If you quite honestly believe that the child is not yours you shouldn't be made to pay. As far as I know it is then up to the Mother to prove that you are the Father by means of a DNA - which is quite expensive.
The CSA need your statement (form) with your signature so that they can investigate further.
Hope all goes well for you.0
