Wish I had bought from store now as I have not got a clue what is happening with my order! They requested the money from my bank when I ordered but checked the bank this morning and funds back in... My order isnt showing as cancelled just ordered.... Would have been a lot easy just to visit the shop!
I'm starting the think the same. I've missed out on the sets in store because I thought I had my online order. I'm getting very disillusioned with online sales, to be honest. Even where the retailer gets the order to me, I've had to queue for up to 1 hour 20 minutes at my stupid royal mail collection office, because I'm always out when they deliver....
No offence to the post of this offer, it was a great heads up but next time I'll rush down to the store instead.
On the upside, my Boots order actually came with the Monsoon perfume in, so don't really need the Oh Lola anymore. Also, Space NK have some lovely perfumes for only £10 at the moment - just not in my local store....sigh....just as well, going to get back into MSE mode as of today! The purse is now CLOSED, the credit card to gather dust!
EDIT - My credit card is showing a PENDING transaction for the amount of my order. No idea what this means, except that maybe they have tried to take the money - didn't check it before today so maybe that has been there since I placed the order??Less stuff, more life, love, laughter and cats!
Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!0 -
My 2 orders from 29th are still showing as exported (order1- daisy gift set and ck shock for him gift set, order 2 - joop homme gift set). I'm gonna ring them n see whats what0

yay glad I rang, the lady I spoke to said my orders are fine, the first one with the daisy set is being sent out today and the second one is also in stock and fine and should be sent out tomorrow

To get the current position on individual orders I also think it is better to ring to clarify your own situation.
The lady I have spoken to was very polite and professional - something that to be honest I wasn't expecting for some reason!!!
However, she confirms I won't be getting the Daisy as completely out of stock (ordered 6.45 on the 29th December).
Although I have also had an email regarding the Lola also being out of stock, this is not true and the Lola is being despatched today.
She has no idea how or why I got the email regarding this item but apologised.
I feel like ringing back regarding the Daisy as Teabag has just posted hers is on the way, but looking back through the posts, hers was ordered before mine, so perhaps they do have some sort of system?
Its still been a fiasco but like another poster has said, I too am becoming more disallusioned with online orders and not just from the Perfume Shop.
She did confirm that the Daisy sets are still available in most of their outlets. Perhaps they should recall them to sell them online, because from this forum alone, there has been a lot of disappointment. Sally0 -

I have already bought the Daisy Gift Set on NYE as I phoned a store 30 miles away so went straight to the store to collect it. Its looking like I may end up with two so a wasted trip to the not so local shopping centre as I only want the one gift set but had to buy it in case my order was cancelled.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -

I'm absolutely over the moon as she confirmed that my order was placed just in time and that I will be receiving the Marc Jacobs Daisy set and the Juicy couture couture Perfume set.YAY!

I already have a 50ml and 100ml bottle of Daisy but bought the gift set since it was almost half the price (and wasn't lucky enough to get it in the sales last christmas) so two gift sets are definitely not needed and one will be returned to store if my online order is received.
I would very grateful if they accidently sent me the eau so fresh gift set insteadA home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0
