    Just phoned them up too, The nice lady told me that all 3 that I ordered should be sent out tomorrow, And as far as she knows are all in stock as on the system they aren't outstanding. :j

    i just called. I ordered at 18.2something and got my conf email at 18.33 on 29/12 and my Lola set is ok. Just in case anyone wondered the times

    Well they did say my 1st order is due to be sent out today but still no email and its still showing as exported on my account. Hope they weren't blagging me

    I have just called CS and spoke to a lovely lady who advised that I should receive my order by the end of the week. I mentioned that a lot of orders for this gift set have been cancelled so I just wanted to make sure it was instock and I would be receiving my order. She told me that the gift set is now out of stock but was in stock when I placed my order and those who have had orders cancelled will have placed their order after me (5:20pm).

    Looks like I wasted my time driving 60miles round trip for this gift set as I will now be receiving my original order delivered to my door. The things us women do for perfume :)

    Now all I need is the eau so fresh gift set, I am hoping there have been some online returns that will show up on their website soon - you never know! ;)

    I placed my order around 6.20pm on the 29th and received a confirmation at 6.30pm, still no despatch so phoned them. I was told that I got it just in time so I'm guessing that the set maybe went out of stock around 10 minutes later?

    Yes I was told the same (Lola) but my account page hasn't changed at all today. She did say it would be despatched today, but obviously not.
    I am still disappointed over the Daisy shananigans (order placed at 6.46 and confirmation email received (19.05) and as everyone now knows no mention of items being out of stock in fact quite the opposite. I am sure their system has a counter on stock levels.
    I forgot to ask when I was on the phone what exactly 'exported' means as apparently when its ready it says despatched. Hey ho there you go! - Sally

    I too am slightly confused as to why they say the orders have been exported, Gives false hope. So do they email you when your items have been dispatched? or does the status just change?

    Thanks for the info. Well that just about sums it and them up! My order (both Daisy & Lola) said 'exported' after I had received the confirmation email on the 29th December. Of course it didn't happen in mine and other cases so I've emailed and told them the right hand clearly doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Not that I think it will do any good, but I will report further if it does(don't hold your breath) Sally
