I still have had no cancellation email (ordered at 5.20pm) so holding on to a bit hope that my order will be sent out. I have just got back from the Metro Centre as I phoned the store early this morning to keep Daisy Gift Set for me to pick up this afternoon. They had another 3 left if this store is local for anyone - I don't think they will be open until Monday though.

It might be worth checking your local Superdrug stores too as I noticed the Perfume Shop is now in Superdrug in the Metro Centre.

    Hi,
It actually gets worse. I have just logged onto to 'My account' The view order has gone from Exported to Part Cancelled!!!! The account summary (where the money is shown) shows ordered. So if they are both cancelled as per the emails, one would assume the slate should be wiped clean. What a set up. Sally
sorry to hear that maybe all the problems are with the daisy one :( i ordered lola and VIP 212 x mine still says
Date of order: 29 Dec 2011

I havent had any emails yet, but seeing as the orders are meant to be delivered on tuesday it is not looking good :(
Might be a good idea to check your 'my account' details to see what they have written there. On second thoughts, I don't think they fully understand exported, ordered and despatched. Is this a british company. (tongue in cheek) sally

I still have had no e-mails however I did also order the Juicy Couture Gift set along with Daisy. Hope atleast I get the Juicy Couture set but I think Daisy will be cancelled in the next few days considering everyone else has had theirs cancelled.
    Valued Opinions: £90.75 IPSOS: 4255 :D
Comp Wins: Pauls Boutique Hoodie, Supercar Thrill Driving Experience, Benefit Lipstick, Radox Giftset, Paco Rabanne One Million Fragrance, £20!
  • I've not had any further emails either. I really hope the order goes through. Daisy is on of those things I've always loved but could never afford. Spending £50 on a perfume when you are studying [and can't actually pay the rent from the loan granted] is obviously a no-no. The prospect of finally being able to wear it made me grin like a Cheshire cat lol. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed and I am sorry for everyone who has already had their orders cancelled. :/

No further e-mails but I went into town and bought the Lola and Oh Lola sets from them just in case. Think I'd better look into the returns policy in case I end up with two of each though - budget dosen't stretch that far! gutted they didn't have the Daisy ones left though - I'd have MADE the budget stretch for that(ie not eaten for a week, I can afford to lose a few kgs!).

My local Debenhams still has loads of the Juicy couture sets. Think Boots did too. Might be worth a look anyway just in case.

    Hi,
I am in exactly the same boat! Cancelled Daisy yesterday but email confirms the remainder of the order would be sent (Lola). I managed to secure the Daisy set from the branch at Metro Centre (70 mile round trip) and have just come back home and checked to see the latest happenings on here. After reading the anomolies, I have logged into my email only to find something waiting for me there. Yes, you've guessed an email now cancelling the Lola. I cannot believe how inefficient they can be. I have just rang them but they are now closed. Probably just as well really given the current mood!!! Even more maddening when I could have bought Lola and Oh Lola at the bl88dy shop and served by a lovely, charming young lady called Racheal into the bargain. What a waste of space. The recorded voice invites you to email them with any complaints and I hope their email box is overflowing by the time they return next week. Sorry - rant over - Sally

They did the same to me! they e-mailed to say they'd cancelled my daisy set, but said they'd send out the rest of my order. However today, I recieved another e-mail saying the whole order had been cancelled:mad: What's wrong with this company? they are absolutely useless! They had both lola sets in their store in kensington this afternoon if anyone is still looking for them.

Good plan, I'm torn between doing the same and just writing the whole idea of getting lovely perfumes off....checked and returns within 28 days if fully in new condition - you can take mail order items back to store too.

Even if I'm on the shopping threads, it doesn't mean I'm buying! Sometimes it's good to just look and then hit the CLOSE button!
