Thanks. Really poor isn't it? I think they are drop shipping items from an overseas location, this is why there are these unacceptable delays.

Grrr, yep, I too ordered before some people who got Daisy sets.
I'm also annoyed that I was given 1hr45 to reply to an email saying "reply to this if you want to cancel the rest of the order" and I replied about an hour late, as I'd been at work, saying that I wanted to cancel the rest of the order. Then a week later I get a despatch email for the rest of the order! Emailed them again and had no reply. So now I have a perfume set waiting at the post office for me to collect just so I can return it. :mad:
