This is just a nightmare!! Who knew ordering some perfumes would be so much stress and headache!! Problem after problem, From when the 'exported' status means nothing at all to the false emails, CS that don't know what is actually going on, Orders not being processed order, No company should operate in such manner! If there ever is a sale again, I will be going to all the stores closest to me to buy them, This experience has put me off ordering from there website for life. I hope someone from there company reads through this thread! :wall:

The lady who confirmed that my daisy order has been cancelled said they'd send me a goodwill gesture. Wonder whether this will be a daisy sample, if they ever keep their word, that is!

well i made two orders around 6.30 and 7pm on the 29th dec

yesterday i got a dispatch email for Oh Lola and CK Shock and today I got a cancellation order for Daisy.

So looks like I will be keeping the £35 daisy and returning the £35 oh lola.

You win some you lose some.

I ordered at 6.30 pm on 29th December too and have just telephoned - order cancelled, they had a 'stocking' error. She offered me a 'goodwill' gesture as well, how embarrassing for the young girl, must have had loads of calls like this. Have got my cancellation email now and have written to say I won't be ordering on line from them again.

After all the calls mishaps and confusion, And sprouting a few grey hairs I finally got dispatch emails for my other two orders :j

I wont be ordering from them again as its taken then 8 days to notify me one of the items I ordered was out stock.

Has anyone actually recieved any perfume?

I've had cancellation/dispatch emails and payment has been taken from my card, but still got no idea whether the order is coming or not.

Where these sent after the dispatch emails? Or where the status's still saying 'exported'?
