Has anyone checked on the tracking link that came with the email yet? when I check mine I get this message:

Come back later. The sender has advised us that item FD*********GB will be posted into the Royal Mail network on the 2012-01-03.

Also checked my bank account this morning and the money that was put on hold for my first order is back in my account. My 2nd desptched order has the same tracking message as above only with the date of the 4th and money for that order is still on hold in the bank (but that order was placed the day after the 1st). So it would seem that the parcels havent actually left the warehouse yet and I havent been charged yet

My tracking says the same. Also have one order I made an hour after the first still stuck on exported.

Think I will find somewhere else to buy perfume from in future.

Just checked mine and says basicly the same as TB's - the only difference is the date which is the 4th.
I agree the CSA was very nice but she obviously doesn't know what is going on. As well as ringing them I also emailed (Tues) asking how their system works i.e. order placed, confirmation received, 2 days later items out of stock? and it hasn't even been acknowledged. In a word, personally I think they are 'hopeless' Sally

I phoned customer services and complained. i was told there was a problem with the website and my order will be despatched. had a confirmation email last night that it has been despatched. . i live in hope. i ordered juicy gift set, 2 lola, 2 other lola, bopium and 2 daisy. however, was told the daisy is out of stock.

so according to the tracking, are they saying it will 'Posted into the royal mail network' on the 1st of march? :think:

I ordered a Daisy set around 5:15 on 29th, got confirmation email an hour later. I rang CS yesterday, they said it's being "put together", that they'll send me despatch email& that I should expect it by the end of the week or early next week. To be honest, I don't care whether I get it or not. I just want to know what's going on. I've bought so many things online before and after Xmas and never had any probs. I guess this will be my first and last PS order!

Forgot to say that I've been checking my account for the last 3 days and have noticed that 25 pounds are missing, but it's not showing as a transaction on the statement. This has never happened before!

Placed an order for daisy around 6pm on the day of the original post, placed an order for Oh Lola about half an hour later, had a dispatch email for the Oh Lola yesterday but nothing for the daisy so far.

I hope I get it, but would have thought that Daisy would be dispatched first :undecided, however i understand that the perfume store have probably had a huge influx of orders yet still have the same amount of staff trying to deal with them so understand why there are delays.
