No marc jacobs sets left in the kingston store but managed to get the daisy necklace 1/2 price in Bentalls. Bentalls have no other Daisy but lots of Lola gift sets and 20+ bottles of Lola velvet edition 50ml for 22.50

Got another email from them today (my 3rd), this time checked my account and it states CANCELLED . Oh well.

I am in exactly the same boat! Cancelled Daisy yesterday but email confirms the remainder of the order would be sent (Lola). I managed to secure the Daisy set from the branch at Metro Centre (70 mile round trip) and have just come back home and checked to see the latest happenings on here. After reading the anomolies, I have logged into my email only to find something waiting for me there. Yes, you've guessed an email now cancelling the Lola. I cannot believe how inefficient they can be. I have just rang them but they are now closed. Probably just as well really given the current mood!!! Even more maddening when I could have bought Lola and Oh Lola at the bl88dy shop and served by a lovely, charming young lady called Racheal into the bargain. What a waste of space. The recorded voice invites you to email them with any complaints and I hope their email box is overflowing by the time they return next week. Sorry - rant over - Sally

Guess I wont find out if my orders have been cancelled until next week now then, not looking good though

It actually gets worse. I have just logged onto to 'My account' The view order has gone from Exported to Part Cancelled!!!! The account summary (where the money is shown) shows ordered. So if they are both cancelled as per the emails, one would assume the slate should be wiped clean. What a set up. Sally

I read your post and checked mine - same here. Part Cancelled yet I have had 2 emails cancelling first the Daisy then the whole order. :mad:

My Daisy set is still showing as EXPORTED. I did order almost immediately after the OP. Will just wait and see what happens and not stress if it is cancelled.

I got the Daisy giftset for the misses,there was another Marc Jacobs gift set,think it was lola? Soz dont know about the other one.I know stocks were really low,id bell them at either to see if they have any left and would they put one aside for you.

How incompetent this company is. Surely only a matter of time before they too loose all their customers and go into administration - can't say there will be any tears from anyone on this thread eh. I'll be so annoyed if they cancel my order because they had loads of the Oh Lola in my local but I held off because of my online order. Oh well, save me some money I suppose but means I'll have to find something else for the birthdays these were intended for :(

My order still says exported, which I understand from others on here to just mean I've placed it....

Has anyone had a despatch note at all???

I havent had any emails yet, but seeing as the orders are meant to be delivered on tuesday it is not looking good
