Just got an email cancelling the full order. I had Lola, Daisy (already cancelled) but also 5 other things such as Euphoria. Not impressed with this company at all :mad:

What was the subject of the email cancelling the order? I doubt I will get mine, at least my first order on christmas day has been shipped even if i did have to pay £10 more for both sets as its still cheaper than the perfume on its own but I think its wrong that they have taken so many more orders then they have stock! Its put me off ordering from them again in a sale as I could have picked the sets up in my local store GRRR

My first email cancelling the Daisy was from 'Tanzeela' with no mention of the perfume shop in the title. It ended up in my spam box. This one today is from onlineservices@theperfumeshop so at least I knew what it was as soon as I saw it.

The subject of my email from the perfume shop just said order cancellation. This is the first time I've ordered anything from them so am now dubious about ordering anything else!!

I've just had an email too cancelling my whole order. First time I've used them so not impressed. Will not be using them again.

Oh dear, doesnt seem like anyone is getting their orders. I still havent had cancellation email for my daisy or joop orders but not holding out much hope now

Why cancel orders when showing still in stock?
I had a email saying one item was not available and then today the whole lot cancelled too ?
