Today the lady informed me my order for Lola was being despatched today although the email stated cancelled. My order status is showing PART CANCELLED!!! at this moment in time. (not shouting just showing how it is) Sally

I didnt get a dispatched email on my first order but the status changed on their website.

Mine is still showing at exported. No dispatch email but Customer Services informed me that the delivery is 5 - 7 working days so as we ordered on 29th, today is only the 4th working day?

same here and according to the lady I spoke to yesterday mine was meant to be despatched yesterday

Yeah the lady also told me they could be sent last night but most likely will be tomorrow... Its not the long waiting time, Its the fact that were not 100% sure well be getting them till it definitely says dispatched :-( Perfume shop put us out of our misery!

Yes I agree exactly. I'm at the point now where I don't really care whether I get it or not, as I've had to prepare myself for disappointment. So much so, that I am wondering if I still want it....I can't even log into the website now to see the status of my account. Keeps saying file not found.

I suppose if I hadn't read this forum I would be just waiting patiently for my order not thinking there was anything wrong, but I prefer to know whether a company is reliable or not. Next year I'm definitely going to use foot power to get all my bargains. I want it either in my hand or not!

It will be returned to the S*underland store if it ever gets dispatched


I am still looking for the eau so fresh gift set, seen a few on eBay which sell for around £50, I don't really want to pay that since they were reduced to half price at the perfume shop and Debenhams
