I'm going to guesstimate another 200 items taken by my sister to the local dump this afternoon, mainly old gardening items - she had a carful of black bags.

What's this calendar everyone's talking about? Where do I get it from? Sounds like something I could use.

    Hello

Think it might be this one.

From mysimplerlife.com website. I downloaded it but have changed bits to suit me and my lifestyle, gives a good idea of how to get organised though.

Out today so won't be able to do as much tiding, but hoping to add a few more items to the CS box today. :T
  • Gonna try to declutter 100 items in October. How do you count say a big pile of magazines? Is that 1 or each one individually. Think I know the answer lol but just asking.

Thanks SZuzee for the calendar - are there any others out there?

A lot in here today, all useful kitchen utensils. Out goes 4 random egg cups, 5 random cups and a broken bread maker.

Sold a bike seat cushion today on eBay and got bids on a few items on eBay Today so hopefully more out tomorrow :)

Getting our kitchen tiled tomorrow so the manky rug will be going out and the 10 packs of tiles ive had in the cupboard will be laid by Wednesday, clearing a massive space there :)

ugh, washing sucks! I am doing enough over this weekend for a laundry. You would never think there are two people in this house, more like twenty from all the washing we have. Mind, the washing isn't the worst bit....the getting of it dry is such a pain. Clothes would be disposable or self cleaning me thinks.:rotfl:

I feel exactly the same and there are only two adults and one nine year old, lol and the weather has turned grim again!!!!

Why oh why. Do I pick up every free supermarket magazine  it must cost so much to have these printed. I NEVER completely read them, just seem to pile them up for a rainy day. Well we've had loads of rainy days and I've not picked any of them up! Time to bin them :j

Me too and I think I'll pull a pile out to flick through tonight as recycling collection is tomorrow morning.

Have had a breakthrough today and remembered to take my own bags for the supermarket shopping :T, although I did end up with a couple of carriers too :( as had a young boy helping to pack the bags as he was fundraising for his Football team (not my son, lol). Even remembered to put th bags back in car boot for next time :T

Back later with last update for September. Hope you've all had good weekends :A

  • Well it's the end of September and I've not reached two of my targets, so I'm going to add them on to next month's. I'll think about those and post them tomorrow. Well done all of us who've managed to move on what we have. Roll on October!
