Morning (Just!) Well it wasnt a bug i was getting yesterday it was indigestion and acid reflux
Really suffered all night, it was vile but touch wood it has disappeared for the time being! Took the time this morning to give the dining room kitchen a good clean and sort. Its looking alot better, only got a few things in the bin but its better than nothing. I am currently trying to catch up on all the washing, needs to be all done by Sunday as the appliances are coming out Sunday night ready for the kitchen floor to be tiled Monday/Tuesday  How will i manage lol?!
Hoping to sort more bits out tonight (either in lounge/office or bedroom) And going to go through the kids bits again aswell in their rooms if i get chance when they are playing.
Wow to the clock selling for £72 :T Well done!

On with my organising. I emptied a packing box - only 1 more to go.
I'm trying to gather subject boxes for each interest, so I know what's where. (OK, I'm sure that's what Other People do anyway, but I'm getting there - slowly!) Art box now has table easel, palette, brushes, sketching pad, book. When I finish this middle stage, I need to stick on labels to the various boxes.
1 plastic box - bin
1 jar - recycled
Break this afternoon, but onwards again when I'm back.0 -
Declutterd one husband to his friends house for a few hours :rotfl:
Emptied another carrier bag full of shredded paper out of the shredder bin, remembered this time to line shredder with carrier bag BEFORE shredding :T
Nice to see the sun out and hope it will dry up some of the wetness, poor souls who have been flooded, could cry for them but I think they have enough water already!
Not much decluttering as such going on, but am tidying stuff away and making plans on what to do for October....only 4 days away, scary:eek: only 88 days to Christmas

I have always found zapper quite reliable for payment etc. Sometimes you get lucky on there (the offer I got once for a spider ID guide was £9.45 yet it was readily available for £3.50  my one time lucky fluke!) but mostly stuff under a £1. I like zapper because it does book, cds, dvds and games. All that is gold does not glitter

Grabbed DS and gave him a box full of HIS CDs to sort. Most we're bits of recorded music he no listens to, all gone :j. He took some back to his home so I have an empty box at last. I must get another box ready for his next visit
Good luck, keep up the good work girls.0 -
Hi everyone,
On early tonight because I'm going to indulge myself with a night of TV (up till 9 o'clock at any rate!).
Did manage to have a bit of a tidy up and sort out today:
90. 3 baby sized coat hangers - charity shop
91. Loads of packaging from Ebay purchases - recycling
92. Manky parmesan cheese that had been left in a cupboard instead of fridge - bin
93. Manky kiwi fruits - compost bin
94. 7 of the toys from the toybox that grandkids don't play with - charity shop
95. Toiletry bag - charity shop
96. 4 of my Pendelfin rabbit collection - charity shop
97. Bud vase - charity shop
98. Union Jack flag from when the Olympics were on
99. About a dozen rubber stamp sets - going to charity shop and being used for tombola prizes (in a craft shop tombola!)
100. China egg cup - charity shop
Might find a few more things before I go to bed, I know where/what they are it's just a case of getting up and getting them!Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing

Had a look through the medicine box to find her some, then decided to carry on sorting and get rid of all out of date items. So, one more job ticked off the list, even if a bit unplanned
I did the same today. I woke up this morning with a sore throat, which usually means I'm going down with a cold, so I decided to have a look and see what cold/flu stuff I had in the cupboard. I found a pack of capsules that expired in October last year, 4 sachets that expired in September last year, and also found 2 tubes of mouth ulcer gel, 1 expired in 2007 and the other in 2009! All these have now left the house, along with half a pack of crispbreads (OOD September 2010), which I threw out for the birds (or maybe the squirrel or fox may have them, lol!) and I've also used 2 packs of throat sweets, which have been in the cupboard since last winter. I still have 2 packs of cold/flu sachets, which are ok till next year and some capsules which are ok till the following year, so I won't have to buy any yet, but will have to get some more throat sweets tomorrow.
Also I posted an ebay parcel yesterday.Weight loss challenge 2/10lbs

Back from watching TV, with a couple of other bits:
101. Holdall to take everything to charity shop (going to try again after last week's failure)
102. Salt & pepper set in shape of man and woman bowling - charity shop
I can't even remember how the salt & pepper set got in my display cabinet! I bought them for my mum and dad years ago so I suppose they must have given them back to me for one of my tombolas and because I put them in the cabinet they never made it to any tombola! Anyway, they're going now!!!Keep Calm and Carry On Kondoing
