Sorry pigpen, I think it was just too manky!
I've just been on the phone to an old friend I've not seen for a while. They were saying they really enjoyed the shops and often went away with an almost empty suitcase just so they would have room to bring things home. That almost physically hurt me - I think this thread has really got to me in the best possible way. Thank you all.0 -
More cleaning than decluttering today: all windows, sills & mirrors in the house cleaned, and kitchen cupboards cleaned and reorganised, which did involve some chucking. Kitchen looking very nice (except the mess on top of the fridge and the worksurface of doom by the kitchen table - ssh!)
Also fixed the bathroom window and planned a rough idea of how the garden should look when I make a start on it. Put lots of clothes away tidily too.
Bedroom is still a bombsite, but hey, there's still time!0
