My visitors this morning brought a box of chocolate with them - that was swiftly passed on to the next caller. Another one towards my total!

    Hello fellow declutterers.

Today I made one trip into town with my shopping trolley full of recently decluttered dvds and sold them.

Then another trip to the Scot's Kirk with all my decluttered books.i thought that I'd need two trips but managed it in one.I did buy two books there.Oh dear!:o

Then back home and had a slight declutter:

    -6 glasses
    -2 ash trays
    -1 plant pot
    -1 photo frame
    -1 storage jar
    -4 cups and saucers
    -3 cd cases
    -1 egg cup

All for the cs.I'll take these up on Friday along with a few other items already listed.

-3 framed pictures and one rucksack to cellar.

    Evening all!!

    16. Sample of foundation, tried but too dark - in the bin
    17. Flowers gone manky - in the garden waste bin
    18. Plastic bags & bubble wrap - to CS
    19. 3 cardboard boxes & paper packaging - to freegler*

*This one turned up. I lugged a mini stereo (in strong bin liners) from my house to the station, on the train, from the next station to the shop where I work, then from the shop back to the station where I had arranged to meet Mr X, stood for 20 mins (after being on my feet all day) looking like a hobo, no sign of Mr X so I though **** this and lugged the damn thing back on the train and back home

    And breathe.... :D

I'm sure there was more, but I can't remember. Perhaps my brain cells are decluttering themselves

The weather has been so awful and I'm fed up with being indoors. I should be using this time to declutter but I've lost my enthusiasm this week.

Only managed to throw away a couple more old magazines.

I'm wishing for better, brighter weather tomorrow :wave::wave:

If you are managing normal stuff on a daily basis you are doing really well. Anything more than this is a bonus. Keep plodding and be gentle with yourself, you will get there. ((((((((BIG HUGS)))))))) xx And do pm me if you need. Thinking of you x

    Hi everyone,

    Mind if I join in?

I have been really inspired by this and the hoarding thread and two weeks ago I made the decision that at least one thing had to leave my house every day. I have stuck to this, although I have not been counting how many things have gone it must be upwards of 50.
A friend came round for a cup of tea yesterday and asked if I had been tidying so something must be going right!

Tonights job is the bathroom cupboard...............:D
