I'm feeling more positive today :D

    2 pairs of shoes binned.

Pile of newspapers ready to be torn up ready for compost heap. Just need grass cutting to mix with the paper.

Still eating from freezer :D might be able to defrost it next week.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

    Afternoon all.

Thank you for your kind words. Today is slightly better, although it seems we have to wait until tomorrow afternoon before we can pick up the prescribed medication for the rash from hell, and I had to practically beg for that to be done, they wanted to wait until Monday. Well, having spent the best part of £300 to actually get someone to do something I'm not waiting 3 whole working days (excl. Sunday) until we can actually get the medicines in her, while she suffers in the meantime. Just crazy.

    Anyway........ I have been decluttering.

    23. Clear glass to recyling
    24. Green/brown glass to recycling
    25. More clear glass to recycling (3 separate trips, I have to walk there)
    26. Reusable crate out for fruit & veg dude
    27. Few bits of veg & fruit gone bad - in the bin
    28. More weeds and general garden clutter - in the garden waste bin

Sense of humour returning, gradually :)

    Pigpens 11/100 for July

3 handfuls of recycling/old letters etc from the paper pile.
    1 broken vase
1 pushchair chassis (which I have kept in my front room for 4 years without using as it was broken) Parts poached for ebay
    3 ebay items posted
    1 tub paint to DS1
1 tub silicon sealant to DS1
1 2m length of fabric out.

I have a large bag for clothes4cash so my weekend challenge is to load my ebay stuff into that bag.. I'll sell it one way or another! I could probably fill 2 bags without trying too hard.

A busy day off today and I've done well.I took a load of previously listed items up the road to the cs.Added a few more items:

    -1 glass jar and lid
    -4 cups and saucers
-2 plastic storage pots with lids

I binned 2 magazines (recycled) and a load of plastic packaging.

I've put a wicker basket in the hall to put items in when I come in the door,as I tend to dump things (mostly the mail) on the rug when i come in.For the first time in ages the hall is clear!Long may it continue.

Finally,I've sorted through 2 large boxes full of old paperwork that was in the cellar. Some of it dated back more than 10 years.I've sorted through it and managed to shred most of it.I'll do the rest this weekend.I can now get from one end of the cellar to the other without stepping over things.

    I make that 94/100.

bonnie hope you've had a better day and you get the prescription.

Oh Bonnie that sounds awful, hope she is OK and the medication works quickly.

I got rid of some things yesterday, cant remember where I was up to with the numbers but out went:

    An old sun hat
    An old metal tray
    A car booster seat
A couple of sons old drawings
    Some cardboard boxes

So thats 5 to add to the list. Might do some more today but not feeling very motivated at the moment!

Bonnie I hope your DD gets better soon.

I've still not got much energy, (hoping that will improve now I've finished the meds) and I'm still getting some twinges in my back and leg, but I have managed to get rid of a few things.

6 - cheap dress ring, couple of stones lost - bin
    7 - 3 receipts shredded - recycle
    8 & 9 - 2 ornaments - CS
    10 & 11 - 2 summer tops - CS
    12-15 - 4 VHS videos - CS
    16 - 1 DVD - CS
    17 1 CD - CS
    18-24 - 7 computer software discs - CS
    25 - CD wallet - CS
    26 - plastic CD rack - CS
27 - plastic case from earphones (was keeping as it 'might come in handy for something') - binned
    28 - pen - bin
    29 - manky nail brush - bin
30 - about 10 small bits of rc - binned

Didn't bother with the shed as weather and health weren't with us, so that will have to wait until another time, but OH did manage to do some gardening in between the rain, so have a whole wheelie bin of garden waste ready for collection. (31)

Now re-listing some things on ebay as it's a free listing weekend, so hopefully some of that will go this time.

I bought one of those Karcher window vacs today and can honestly say they are WELL worth the money! Hot water, vinegar and a spot of Stardrops and my widows are streak free and it only took minutes to do them too. I'm very impressed with my new toy. :T:T:T

Would you like to come and do mine? Dare I admit that I haven't had the windows cleaned since we moved in:eek: but, they don't look dirty...honest.

I have no idea what possessed me to do them especially as most of them the seals have gone, they have that condensation thing going on and they are going to be replaced next month. It's nice to be able to see outside though!

One eBay parcel posted today, I bought a electronic scale so can weigh things properly. I have lots listed with a few watchers and some bidders so more out next week. Getting on with some listing today :D
