How exciting! I'm another one who loves the babies! I have two myself, a 3yo son and a 20mth old daughter. They are quite close together, and mostly play well. They are currently in my makeup tub with my powder brush pretending to paint each other lol.

As long as they don't open my mascara haha

    X

Hope they are enjoying themselves, its lovely when they play well together like that

We are back in for June..

    so far .. 0/100 .. :D

Kitchen flinging today... see how far I get with my dodgy tummy

    6 items to post

OH dear, hope you feel better soon x

Based on setting myself a target of 200 for May and June my Jettison June target is 139.
Made a very small start today by
Planting 2 packets of summer bulbs (plant March - June so just in time) which were lying around in the garage
Using an almost full bottle of TCP to clean the bathroom and toilet as the expiry date was May 1997. It still smelled very antiseptic which is why I decided to use it. Bottle into recycling
So a baby step of 3/139
Am loving all the inspiring and sometimes hilarious posts on here - those rolls :rotfl::rotfl:

It's my second, and will be a surprise! Due on the 22nd but is quite big already so who knows when it'll make its final appearance... Part of the reason for declutter is because we need to clear out baby's room and get house easier to manage in general. How old is your little one?

OH has come up trumps with a bit of a wardrobe sort...
+12 of OH t-shirts/ a jacket to charity (I am very impressed!)
    + 3 OH's t-shirts to recycling

How exciting, my little one isnt as little as I keep thinking, lol, he keeps reminding me he's 9 in 34 days!! We would have loved more children (although I have two grown-up step-children and 4 beautiful grandchildren) but it wasnt meant to be, it took 12 years of hoping, IVF and numerous tests and heartache and then he was conceived naturally and then there have been a number of mis-carriages since he was born, so I count myself a very lucky mum!!

:) Spending the day what I call "possicking about" the flat, doing various wee jobs. Been to the c.s. to drop off a bagful (I'm going thru those Gift Aid barcode stickers like nobody's business) and feelin' good.

    13. pair ratty orthopedic insoles - binned.
    14. pair of unmentionables - binned.
    15. pair of silver earrings - readied for the next c.s. bag.

Hey, 3 items with "pair" in the name. How bizarre. I am now going to do some work on an ongoing project to turn my scribbled travel diaries and hoarded leaflets etc from excursions on said holidays into a scrapbook/ journal thingy on the pooter. This will enable me to dejunk 2 diaries, a knackered Rough Guide and various maps and brochures into one neat volume. Going to set myself the task of finishing this by the end of June.

Have fallen off the Wagon with this one, but am deffo back in for June!

Decided all the clothes I took on holiday and didn't wear are going on ebay this weekend - with a ton of other stuff! Collected a load of carrier bags from the charity shop and signed up to their gift aid so need to start filling them!

Just moved a broken toy to the bin so that's me off and running

    1/100 for June

    Make £10 a day June 103.04/300

My new bed arrived today and I'm counting the packaging as there was loads and it would clutter up the garage but FIL has taken it all for me, to go to the tip! That was after he built it for me, he is very good and I shall bake him a cake...

I think I better join in, instead of lurking!
I have a great incentive to declutter - we are hoping to start our loft conversion in 2 months time, so must make space!!!

The plan is to turn spare bedroom into a bathroom and make 2 bedrooms in the loft, which means spare room, aka, dumping ground will need to be emptied. Also means every spare penny will be needed!
To be honest I probably need to do 1,000 in 2 months, but 100 in June seems a manageable target so here goes!

    Today, so far:-
    1. Paperwork shredded - 1 bagfull.
    2. 3 old coat hangers - binned
Now off to try to sort out the mountain of unused clothes!!

    Evening all :)

3&4: large cardboard boxes to freegler
5-9: small cardboard boxes to freegler
10: more bubble wrap to CS where I work
11-14: 4 pairs of canvas shoes to friend (wrongly sized & too small for me)
15: dress (too big & CBA to send back) to friend
16: flip-flops (again wrongly sized) to CS

So: Jettison 100 in June: 16/100

    This is fun!

Dee2012 I'm glad you've posted again I was beginning to worry you were stuck in the wardrobe of doom  :p
