Bring on jettison June (also the month my baby is due ! - but won't count that as an out :rotfl:).

    Hi Museum

Wow, didnt realise your baby was due so soon, we might allow you a few days off from de-cluttering, lol. Is it your first baby? Do you know what you're having? (I know its a baby, lol, boy or girl)What date have you got? Excuse me being nosey, lol, just love babies, unfortunately I have only been able to have one myself but that makes him all the more special.

First day of the new month and I have decluttered:

    Blood glucose monitor
Finger pricking instrument for use with above
    Slow cooker
Plastic storage box with cracked lid
Fabric - made into 3 morsbags
5 bags of cans sorted & crushed for recycling

I will count the cans for recycling as 1 item, otherwise I will have reached my 100 already!! We recycle them for charity, so we're always finding bags of them outside the front door as everyone we know saves them for us.

Not going to do any more tonight, don't want to overdo it on the first day!

It's my second, and will be a surprise! Due on the 22nd but is quite big already so who knows when it'll make its final appearance... Part of the reason for declutter is because we need to clear out baby's room and get house easier to manage in general. How old is your little one?

OH has come up trumps with a bit of a wardrobe sort...
+12 of OH t-shirts/ a jacket to charity (I am very impressed!)
    + 3 OH's t-shirts to recycling

How exciting! I'm another one who loves the babies! I have two myself, a 3yo son and a 20mth old daughter. They are quite close together, and mostly play well. They are currently in my makeup tub with my powder brush pretending to paint each other lol.

As long as they don't open my mascara haha

  • Based on setting myself a target of 200 for May and June my Jettison June target is 139.
Made a very small start today by
Planting 2 packets of summer bulbs (plant March - June so just in time) which were lying around in the garage
Using an almost full bottle of TCP to clean the bathroom and toilet as the expiry date was May 1997. It still smelled very antiseptic which is why I decided to use it. Bottle into recycling
So a baby step of 3/139
Am loving all the inspiring and sometimes hilarious posts on here - those rolls :rotfl::rotfl:
