May flingage.. 1/100
1 ebay parcel
I am hoping to do the flinging in a more orderly manner this month and certainly more timely.
Do people include the normal housey flingage such as recycling in their flingage or just stuff they made the effort to declutter, stuff they choose to fling?LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
Can I join in please? I start my maternity leave half way through the month, and really want to declutter the baby's room (which was previously a 'spare' room or room of doom if you prefer). I have 4 bulky things from there listed on ebay that finish this weekend, and want to get a lot more listed nearer the end of the month.Mortgage [STRIKE]16/03/2011: £190K 01/01/2017: £107,729.65 [/STRIKE] 01/07/2017: £95,979.89

That TV show about hoarders is enough to make anyone want to declutter! I have already started for this month: somehow there are 7 bags full of clothes for a local charity shop. Pleased to say not all of the clothes / shoes are mine!!
Planning to do a bit more over the Bank Holiday. Thanks PigPen for reminding me of my ever growing pile of things to put on Ebay!:A0 -

I will watch the C4 Hoarders show later, but for anyone who wants to declutter I recommend watching Hoarders, Animal Hoarders, and Hoarding Buried Alive on the Bio channel.
The cleaners on Hoarders are very kind to the people on the show, many of whom have serious issues. It does make you think about why you hang on to stuff and I find it quite motivating.0 -
I've not read all the previous pages but I will.
I promised myself to declutter over this bank holiday weekend. I'm not good at getting rid of things - I usually manage to find a new home for them somewhere behind closed doors! And in the garage or loft! It's got to stop.
I must turn over a new leaf and part with things, most things hold treasured memories eg trophies, kids cheap mothers day presses. How can I get rid of those???0 -
Pjran, take digital photos of the sentimental bits then say bye bye.
I've a plan to do this with most of my lo pics they bring home from nursery. There are dozens of them, can't possibly keep them all xxxBossymoo
