  • Got rid of 3 pairs of size 20 trousers today, that are now too big as I have lost a stone:jwith Weightwatchers.
Also have a tatty double duvet waiting to be picked up tomorrow by a dog-loving freegler!
The Burnham NCT sale is coming up, so will spend next week looking for outgrown toys and clothes to sell.

Got rid of an old wheeled kitchen unit. We didn't bring it to the house when we moved here so it had been sitting in the flat for years. I brought it home to put on ebay and facebook and DH decided he wanted to keep it but we don't have space for it or the use. It was collected today by a very nice polish chap and his daughter.
I've also been paid for a pair of curtains. I will post them on Monday. I've got to wrap them and have a very nice sturdy black sack which has packaging written all over it! Unfortunately, no postage bags are big enough.

  • Starting to collect for a car boot sale in June/July time, so any items for that will be declared then. Anything that doesn't sell will go to charity shop on the way home! So far have some outgrown clothes, hoping to shrink out of some more by then!

Back in action for March! I've seen slugs with more get up and go than me:o

    1) 2 bags of assorted rubbish from the kitchen cupboard.
2 - 34) 6 CD's, 3 DVD's and 24 books to Z@pper, We Buy B00ks and the charity shop. Won't count packaging for the 2 parcels that will be leaving the house tomorrow:D
    35 + 36) 2 knitting patterns out via Eb@y

Anyone else notice a few spaces that you avoid like the plague? As if they don't exist;)
I may have to get on with one of those today.

  • Wow - haven't been on during the week and everyone seems to be going great guns!

Had valuer round this week and I've got the magic figure we needed to put the house on the market. So whilst I thought the house was tidy for the valuer I have had a MAMMOTH clean out today for the photos to be taken (hopefully this week)

26 - Plastic bags that had decayed in the hot conservatory - BIN
27 - Some useless anti slug/snail stuff I bought two years ago - BIN
28 - Plastic bedding plant packaging - Plastic Recyling Bin
29 and 30 - OH's empty shampoo and shower gel bottles (Why?!) - Plastic Bin
31, 32 ,33 - Some white clothes that even after a blast in a hot wash with oxy power white (or whatever its called) still haven't come clean in the armpit area :o - BIN
35 and 36 - Broken solar power garden lamps - BIN
37 - Pair of boots - Beyond salvageable - BIN
38 - Old Cooker Hood Filter - BIN (new one fitted)
    39 - Bowl that I had chipped - BIN
40 - Plastic spoons that had warped - Plastic BIN
42 - Some plastic ice cream tubs saved for the freezer but with no where to put them and a whole "where needs must" attitude they went in the recycling bin.
43 - Black and White Jumper - not good enough for a charity bag, BIN
44 , 45 , 46 - General recylcing pile sorted and allocated to correct bins (many units so counted as 3!) :D

I THINK thats it but I have thrown so much stuff into relevant piles today that I have lost track.

Just got to leave enough to keep OH busy for tomorrow (he has to do something on his day off right?) :p

Off to have a well deserved cuppa and a two minute sit down before completing the bedroom tidy up. Wonder if OH will notice all my hard work when he gets home from work?

Thanks guys for the motivation and somewhere to post my mini totals and my ramblings!
How long til pay day?
