  • Evening everyone

Didn't get as much done over the weekend as I'd hoped due to snow and the need to spend Sunday morning in the park sledging :)

Have had a good result with eBay sales and just need to get some more bits listed.

    Totals from the weekend

    5. Birthday and anniversary cards recycled
6-7. 2 large boxes of assorted rubbish from the cellar
8-27. eBay sales posted (3 more to post tomorrow and awaiting
    payment for 3 more)

1/4 of the way there :j, might go and sort out all the magazines in the storage box we use as a coffee table whilst I watch some T.V.

    Night all xx

Oh dear - not done much over the last couple of days - stuffy nose, horrid headache, aching all over, wobbly legs........sinusitis? Anyway, felt I needed some self administered tlc! Beginning to feel better now, so back to sorting out. So far in Feb my total is 32, so there's still time to get to the 100 target.

I have some time this morning but I'm out this afternoon and then two days of looking after our grandson so it will be a bit slow for a couple of days. Shall need to get a wiggle on over the weekend!!!!

Freecyclers slowed due to the snow but I have emailed them today to chase up the collections! I have a big clearout in the larder in the kitchen. Have almost finished the dressing table refurbishment for the little girl I am adopting, am just about to start the toy storage project for the children.

    - footstool - fc
    - pair wellington boots - fc
    - another bag of fabric - fc
    - pair of tights - bin
    - 16 out of date half used jars of jams and sauces (yuck!)
    - black sack filled with empty packaging from cupboard clearout
    - more gardening stuff to allotment
    - bag of rubbish from the bathroom clearout
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D

After a fab start to the month (45 items in 2 days) mainly due to the DDs we've slowed down a bit because of a busy weekend.

I actually got to the very bottom of my ironing basket yesterday, although there will be more after todays washing...

    46. Yet more packaging recycled
    47. More papers filed/recycled/shreaded
    48. Another kids book to selling box in garage
    49. DD2 came in with one of her babies and said she wanted to sell it - turn up for the books!
    50. More general recyling from the playroom including yet more boxes which contained stickers (thank you ex-MIL, they do love stickers but we have far, far too many!)
    51. Manky glue stick which was left out with the lid off and is alll hard and dry- binned

Yay, got to the half way mark but still feels like there's so much to do!

    51/100

Angelavdavies - Hope the adoption goes smoothly for your family. :)

I have only managed one further thing - a metal biscuit tin into recycling, so I'm up to 5/100. I'm meant to be working on my assignment due in this week (except I'm on here!) As soon as that is out of the way, I will be back on my decluttering mission.
