Just decluttered my drinks cabinet and found 2 glasses with cracks and chips in them!! Why on earth am I keeping some of this stuff!! Another 12 items in the bin or for charity shop. Am on a roll at the mo!

I was almost 30 years with my now ex, who decided to run off with a girl old enough to be his grand daughter. :eek:

Last year I shredded a load of divorce stuff; I'd kept it 6 years. Think I shredded my divorce cert too as I have no use for it. Gave all pics to my daughter.

Back to decluttering.... ive now gone from filling carrier bags to black bin liners. So far:

2 body moisturisers. I love the smell of the one but it leaves a tacky film on my body.

Epicare Epilator. I swear that thing encourages hair growth instead of minimising it.

John Frieda Born Blonde shampoo. I'm no longer blonde so ive given that my daughter who is very blonde.

Hair slides.... several of them. They keep falling out of my hair as it is too soft.

Dog toys. One dog doesnt play and the other will only play ball so the toys are useless.

More photographs and paperwork that i thought that was important but with a fresh pair of eyes, arent important at all.

i'd better slow down now or i'll have no house left since ive stripped the downstairs of the doors.

Ditch 100 things in January
:j Doing a happy dance today - Ive gone over the 100! Woop I'm still going though, wonder what I can get by end of January, this is now a personal war with the clutter!

Today I've gotten rid of -
96. ANOTHER bag to chaity shop
97-101. ebay items packed, including recycled bubble wrap
102. Probably 100+ envelopes and junk mail recycled when sorting out the paper work
103. 100+ confidential papers ready for a bonfire
104-105. Library books returned

In - A money tin for the sealed pot challenge

Also have 1 more item to post for ebay which was paid for when I was out posting - typical! And 3 more which I'm waiting for payment for.

Keep going everybody! Clutter free lives are on the horizon!

More stuff gone - His & Hers mug set, tealight holders, teddybear kit, and garden ornament all gone to my other school for their fete; plus 2 more bits of silicon bakeware ready to go to playgroup in the morning. Now to update my sig - I must be getting close by now!

Well what an absolutely pants day.

Spent the morning doing other peoples work in job #1 and the afternoon polishing brass taps in job #2.

So the only decluttering I have done is on a bottle of white zinfandel:rotfl:, and I am pretty sure that that doesn't count!!!!

61-63 T shirts x 3
64-68 Blouses x 5
69 Microwave wheat bear
70 soft toy
71 make up bag

These all went in CS bag and delivered today

Also decluttered into the bins
1 x bag recycling
1 x pot of out of date bay leaves
1 x old dressing gown belt
1 x nail file block

Wow - I am now up to 75/100 very happy now but off to do some more as tea cooks
