- Meal plan from existing stocks as much as possible every week Edits done to show what actually got scoffed, so that next time I can remember that a 2.1kg leg of lamb will comfortably feed 8 greedy people.
- Clear desk gibble daily Haven't been in the office for two days so it has been allowed to be a bit of a dumping ground again.
- Stop ****ing swearing. Fine £1 a word for each ****ing occurence I think 'll just bung in a tenner for the last three days. I've now run out of money.
- Identify and contact five outlets for each working day in February, so that's 21 in all Er, 100 still to go. I think this week is the week.
- 15 minutes s a day flying five days a week
- No sugary stuff one day a week for the first week, two days a week for the second week, three days a week in Week 3 and four days a week in Week 4. I was so proud of myself last week sticking to this, thought I'd done really well and then realised I'd only gone two days without!
- No computer after 9.00 pm (except my ipod so that I can choose my night-time listening) and lights out by 11.30 pm Not a tick for Saturday, which was a huge mistake. I slept really, really badly on Satursday night.
- 5 fruit and veg a day Four veg, so ooops but at least it was veg and not just fruit.
- Electric toothbrush once a day. Not done.
Better is good enough.1 -

Honey Bear, I know, I owe you £2 for the swear jar!brizzledfw wrote: »I could sneak in a fiver to that swear tin Honey...to say thank you
Oooh, I have virtually £7 in there now. Excellent.Better is good enough.1 -
- Meal plan from existing stocks as much as possible every week. This has worked far, far better than I ever thought it would. I'm defo going to do the same thing in March because no matter how much we vary it on the day itself, at least I don't have that nagging voice in my head any more asking what we're going to eat tonight.
- Clear desk gibble daily Sorted.
- Stop ****ing swearing. Fine £1 a word for each ****ing occurence Does cr*p count? Lengthy existential inner monologue debate has shone no light on the subject. Probably, but then again, ....
- Identify and contact five outlets for each working day in February, so that's 21 in all 36 calls made, 10 sample packs sent out, and a great feeling of relief should have washed over me because pretty much everyone I've spoken to has been really, really lovely. Cold calling is still terrifying though. 64 left to go.
- 15 minutes s a day flying five days a week Nah.
- No sugary stuff one day a week for the first week, two days a week for the second week, three days a week in Week 3 and four days a week in Week 4. Someone had to finish Nigella's Barbados cream so I took a hit for the team.
- No computer after 9.00 pm (except my ipod so that I can choose my night-time listening) and lights out by 11.30 pm All over the place with this. Must get back on track.
- 5 fruit and veg a day Back on track.
- Electric toothbrush once a day. Done.

Going to be struggling for my steps today, the weather is just awful but I'm keeping an eye out for a break in the weather in the hope that I can get out for a bit of a walk.0 -
*** yeah...yeah...half way there ***
Well done everyone. Except me. I have given up on absolutely everything apart from being frugal and not drinking alcohol. My main food groups have been chocolate and chips. Tonight I intend drinking wine too for the first time in 17 days! * shrugs* In for a penny and all that.....:D.
Thanks again for the good wishes for Happy Pops. He came out of hospital on Sunday, after three days of being told he was being discharged, then needing to stay in due to surprise complications. We all got dizzy driving to the hospital, then unexpectedly returning home without him. The last few days have been a mad rush of organising commodes, emergency handrails, night lights, nurse visits, physio, consultant appointments. I'm exhausted and so is he. Hopefully though, he will improve now he's home and life will get back to what we count as normal.

Erm, shouldn't you be grappling it out of my hands and pouring it down the toilet with an angry look on your face???
Thank you for not doing! I have seriously earned it these last few weeks, and I don't care if I drink the whole f'ing bottle *hands £1 to Honey*. I won't drink it all though, I'll keep it to the one glass. Well that's the plan!
