Cashback sites only pay cashback for online orders therefore a telephone order will not qualify.

Same here so I called back myself and they said they would transfer me to the original person I spoke to who should have passed it on but I got cut off. Called back again and spoke to a different person who confirmed it was an online application but said they couldnt tace it as there are so many sites doing mag subscriptions for them they couldnt do it. I'm just fed up that no one seems to want to do anything to stop this kind of thing happening

Are you sure you don't have a trojan on your computer?

I check regular and have security and spyware protection and have not been alerted to any trojans, its 99% sure to be through the cashback sites its all I use that account for and the only place that would have those details

I haven't been alerted to any trojans either! The account was used for cashback!
